LOW PROTEIN MATERNAL DIET AND OFFSPRING HEALTH | STUDY EXPLAINED
www.socalbraincenter.com
Carrick trained concussion doctor
This was a 2012 study though it still has great information. I forgot to highlight why this study cannot be performed in humans. It is unethical to do a controlled study when the sperm meets the egg and purposely restrict its nutrients, interfere in a harmful way, or terminate a human embryo and beyond.
If this protein concept interests you, I have done a prior video on my top 3 most common pieces of advice linked here: ruclips.net/video/TcgemQs_u2Q/видео.html
But I would also suggest listening to Dr. Gabrielle Lyon as she has a different experience and great consumable information.

Nobody studies cold-pressed organic oils, so we really don't know if reported outcomes are due to the oil or processing. There's also dyslipidemia, likely involved in eczema subjects, who may benefit from supplementing Linoleic acid. It's essential for skin integrity among many other things.

You eat what our hunter gatherer ancestors ate, which was very broad and balanced ( not what our agrarian farmers ate, this was a huge dietary shift and we still suffer the consequences, eg milk and other allegies, not enough time to kill off the "unsucessful new diet " genes. Also now we have the ability to keep these " unsuccessful' genes alive in this new environment. Also keep vit D up, dont eat alot of grains, no processed foods and as much and many naturally grown, naturally stressed plant foods. Food also was seasonal so dont be afraid to fast or have just two meals a day, cant see hunters and gatherers having three meals.. but ??? Thats my best bet. Ageing is another thing probably not meant to live way into 80's so studies on geriatric diet would be interesting. Note also, lots of people living as hunter gatherers were pretty damn slim and did a lot of steady exercise, with possible explosive or more active incidents. I note a huge drop in natural exercize in Australia even from the 50's, now no one walks or carries anymore. I live now in Ukraine and here peopel HAVE to walk a lot lot more and carry more and be far more active... not so much obesity here. Supermarket shelves are very different from Australia.. very. Food does not appear low cal at all, but people are slimmer

So frustrating how so many get the ratio off 3:1 seems to be widely accepted as optimal. But this is always flipped with some quotingit as O6 :O3 while some others flip it and quote it as O3:O6. I think the proper quote is 3/1, O6:O3 pls correct me if I'm wrong😀

I've heard optimal is 1:1, and 3:1 (O6:O3) is still acceptable. But ultimately it's not the ratio but the total amount of omega-6 per day that makes the poison. By cooking with vegetable oils and consuming ultra-processed foods (which almost all contain vegetable oils), and by eating in restaurants (which cook with vegetable oils), we are consuming too much of it.

You mentioned 2 years for it to leave the body, does it mean if one avoids LA that it takes 2 years for it to start to decrease? Or does it decrease immediately? Which means you'd see a progressive improvement over the course of the years? Thanks for the video!

Unlike epidemiology studies that are contradictory and unreliable, we can directly measure % linoleic acid in the adipose tissue of modern Americans. We can show that they are 4-5 fold greater than in indigenous peoples like the Tokelauans, who are, by the way, devoid of the chronic disease that plague the Western world. The proof is in the pudding friends, once you see this, you CANNOT un see it. Spread the message to save people from seed oils, people deserve to know the truth.

Instead of using energy on digesting food overnight ,, Your body use energy to heal itself overnight 🙏 So don't eat anything after 8-9 And next day eat after 10-11 .
