There is some nerdy content on the channel. We like to talk about the brain and how it works clinically (in a doctor's office setting) and how I work with my patients. Chiropractic Neurology is a smaller subset of a doctor's around the world and I a doing my job to educate the masses! Welcome, let's get some neuroplasticity! While we see a variety of chiropractic patients one of the things we focus on are concussions. We address the evaluation and rehabilitation of brain injury.

This was a 2012 study though it still has great information. I forgot to highlight why this study cannot be performed in humans. It is unethical to do a controlled study when the sperm meets the egg and purposely restrict its nutrients, interfere in a harmful way, or terminate a human embryo and beyond.
If this protein concept interests you, I have done a prior video on my top 3 most common pieces of advice linked here: ruclips.net/video/TcgemQs_u2Q/видео.html
But I would also suggest listening to Dr. Gabrielle Lyon as she has a different experience and great consumable information.

WHO IS MY DIFFICULT CONCUSSION PATIENT?
I was just diagnosed with occipital neuralgia about a month and a half ago. However, I was also born with congenital hydrocephalus and have a vp shunt as a result. For me, it's hard to tell if my headache is a trye occipital Neuralgia headache.
Omg you’re describing what I’m going through right now. I had a concussion and my brain seems to be struggling to adapt. The back of my head is always tense when I do certain movements, like it’s trying to compensate for a misalignment of something.
Scans can be life saving though
"Realist doctor" 😂😂😂 yeaaa ook holistic doctors are wayyy more real, thry dont use chemicals and such to keep you in the loop. Im trying to get out of the loop.
great content a nice concise normie talk summary at the end would be helpful for us brain fogged individuals
Damn so no coconut oil. Might have to go in on the butter and ghee then
A meat free diet is malnutrition
What do people have to say about health gurus promoting black seed oil as super healthy. It's rich in linoleic acid
Yes madam
4:05 it’s interesting how only some things (medical studies) are bound by ethics while other entities (government, food manufacturers) are not
Nice video. When you test people, do they keep there is closed when changing neck position, or do they turn there neck to the right for instance, and then close there eyes?
Nobody studies cold-pressed organic oils, so we really don't know if reported outcomes are due to the oil or processing. There's also dyslipidemia, likely involved in eczema subjects, who may benefit from supplementing Linoleic acid. It's essential for skin integrity among many other things.
I am looking for a doctor like you, but in Fort Worth Texas preferably, but how do you know?
Great explanation, thank you!
Am I in danger? I recently purchased some baby formula, here in Colombia, called Nestogeno (by Nestle)… I know it's for infants but it has a lot of vitamins and minerals so I thought it would be generally healthy for anyone.
It will be high in seed oils. Best to stick to real milk/meat products
I would definitely stay far away from that
Chiropractic neurologist? A neurologist has an MD. A chiropractor does not so that title sounds questionable to me
You eat what our hunter gatherer ancestors ate, which was very broad and balanced ( not what our agrarian farmers ate, this was a huge dietary shift and we still suffer the consequences, eg milk and other allegies, not enough time to kill off the "unsucessful new diet " genes. Also now we have the ability to keep these " unsuccessful' genes alive in this new environment. Also keep vit D up, dont eat alot of grains, no processed foods and as much and many naturally grown, naturally stressed plant foods. Food also was seasonal so dont be afraid to fast or have just two meals a day, cant see hunters and gatherers having three meals.. but ??? Thats my best bet. Ageing is another thing probably not meant to live way into 80's so studies on geriatric diet would be interesting. Note also, lots of people living as hunter gatherers were pretty damn slim and did a lot of steady exercise, with possible explosive or more active incidents. I note a huge drop in natural exercize in Australia even from the 50's, now no one walks or carries anymore. I live now in Ukraine and here peopel HAVE to walk a lot lot more and carry more and be far more active... not so much obesity here. Supermarket shelves are very different from Australia.. very. Food does not appear low cal at all, but people are slimmer
Cavemen and our ancestors (hunters and gatherers) also died at the age of 35. So, I don't think living like them is a good idea. I have heard of this whole "caveman diet" and it's old school and dangerous.
So frustrating how so many get the ratio off 3:1 seems to be widely accepted as optimal. But this is always flipped with some quotingit as O6 :O3 while some others flip it and quote it as O3:O6. I think the proper quote is 3/1, O6:O3 pls correct me if I'm wrong😀
I’ve seen everything from 1:1 to 4:1 being considered acceptable/optimal depending on who you ask
@@jacobkiley2993 3:1...Omega 6: Omega 3?
Yes that falls under the 1:1-4:1 ratios I’ve seen.
I've heard optimal is 1:1, and 3:1 (O6:O3) is still acceptable. But ultimately it's not the ratio but the total amount of omega-6 per day that makes the poison. By cooking with vegetable oils and consuming ultra-processed foods (which almost all contain vegetable oils), and by eating in restaurants (which cook with vegetable oils), we are consuming too much of it.
Wow
Great simplified explanation of digestive tract
Thank you.

From dentists putting amalgam (mercury - neurotoxin) in people's teeth that only recently ended, to cunt doctors giving Statins to reduce cholesterol (proven to not reduce the risk of heart attack) which causes premature death and altzheiners, to doctors giving children SSRIs for life, to pieces of shit doctors having no idea that a ketogenic diet reverses diabetes type 1 in a week, These cunts don't know nothing. And they cost millions of lives every year. They also make billions and billions for the pharm companies that sponsored their education. Never trust a cunt doctor. Ask the cunt doctor on his opinion about these matters before you consult him. If he gives his pre-packaged bullshit "trust me I'm a doctor" response, leave the cunt and warn others
Maybe they mean you are not a Rockefeller sponsored Petroleum Based Quackery Medical Doctor but a Real Doctor that heals and is a humanitarian
Hi 👋 everyone, 4years ago my doctor told me I was diagnosed with HSV2. I was heartbroken, How-ever that same years i found a doctor called Dr Ogbebor herbal centre on RUclips who helped me to cure the virus with natural herbal treatment permanently💃💃. Contact him for any incurable viruse or diseases. 1) HERPES 2) HIV/AIDS 3) ALS 4) CANCER 5) FIBROIDS 6) HPV
Dr Joe Mercola has also done a lot of research on this and is in line with Dr Saladino and others in regards to the toxicity and inflammatory effects of seed oils. (too much linoleic acid?). The best fats to use are animal fats (from healthy free ranged animals, coconut oil which is 80% saturated fat, quality fish oils, and small amounts of high quality, preferably locally sourced ev olive oil.
yep
I purchased Dr. Mercola's liposomal glutathione. There is sunflower lecithin and sunflower oil. Not sure why he's using Omega 6 fats.
Is linoleic acid bad as a whole? Or just the ratio of it to others? You mentioned 2 years for it to leave the body, does it mean if one avoids LA that it takes 2 years for it to start to decrease? Or does it decrease immediately? Which means you'd see a progressive improvement over the course of the years? Thanks for the video!
I have similar pain pattern in back of head, forehead and my suboccipital muscles are super tight due to forward head posture.
When everyone says headache most think of a headache in the forehead..in ON it’s usually on the side of the head.. correct?
For me that’s how it is. Best of luck in your recovery you’re not alone
The bangs really work
What exactly are the treatments that you treat this. Are the treatments just bandaids...or are they a permanent fix.
thank you for an amazing video that i just trully needed about the eye balls movin mad.
Yes, my chiropractor saved my life, by him also having studied nutrition / internal medicine, which he shared his knowledge with me and which led to my studing nutrition; biochemistry; ( holistic Dr.’s knowledge on RUclips ) which leads me to believe that ALS / MND’s and other non communicable terminal diseases are all actually many underlying overlapping symptoms/ diseases and are virtually all REVERSIBLE, as I learned enough to take my health matters into my own hands and have REVERSED my ALS Bulbar Onset, to where I’ve regained my ability to walk again, talk again, I no longer choke on foods, drool, have Major breathing problems, and I’m expected to be confirmed as ALS reversal #58 or #59 by Dr Richard Bedlack ( Neurologist Duke University ) TY, GOD!!
That's beyond awesome! Great work trusting your body and being a doctor unto yourself!
Unlike epidemiology studies that are contradictory and unreliable, we can directly measure % linoleic acid in the adipose tissue of modern Americans. We can show that they are 4-5 fold greater than in indigenous peoples like the Tokelauans, who are, by the way, devoid of the chronic disease that plague the Western world. The proof is in the pudding friends, once you see this, you CANNOT un see it. Spread the message to save people from seed oils, people deserve to know the truth.
This was so to the point and we'll explaines. Thank you proff.
you wanna convince me that saturated fat is healthy Lol Carnivore diet propaganda...
I have spasms there in the back of my head anything you recommend what treatment or practice do you do?
Don't eat anything after 8pm BECAUSE your body need to heal itself overnight , Instead of using energy on digesting food overnight, don't eat after 8pm , and that last meal was a low and light meal 🙏 So your body use energy to heal itself in night , And next day eat after 9-10 am Means now you are dialy fasting around 12-14 hours , and it's to beneficial fo everything ... BECAUSE body needs to reset it overnight instead of wasting energy on digesting food ... So do daily 12-14 hours fast🙏 And your morning meal will be heavy dm, so you adjust your calorie loss on last meal of the day 🙏

My doctor said me I have occipital neuralgia . I feel pain in different area of head and scalp , the pain are not steady they change their position randomly . I feel it on back of head , in around temple of one side , and behind eye , but sometimes I feel it in space between eyebrows . And I also feel pain in jaw . Does anyone here have same symptoms?? Edit :- be patient , with time Everything heals . Believe on god . My pain also gone away 😋 it takes 8 months , but now I'm happy .
ive been having this for 2 years now, i need help!
@@nancyguzman4685 sometimes it takes too much time, I still have some pain in nerve of back of head ,,, With time it reduced to it's epicenter (point from where it starts) I prefer you to don't eat food after 8pm night , Because if you take a minimum 12-14 hour gap your body heals itself in that time . Instead of using energy on digesting food overnight ,, Your body use energy to heal itself overnight 🙏 So don't eat anything after 8-9 And next day eat after 10-11 . It too beneficial for relieving pain fast 👍 And don't bend head forward , use less Mobile phone , or use while laying down on bed .. And sleep without pillow , on you back down chest upside It strengthens your back and heals nerves fast 🙏 Our body has all power to recover itself , even our body daily kills a cancer cell .... We just need to give it good time to heal 👍 And drink more water 🙏 BECAUSE nerve cells needs water and they are weak , they take years to heal back or replace 👍 But beleive me if you did just these things , your nerves starts healing back🙏 I still have some pain, but not like 1year back pain 👍
All the best you all🎉 let's hope foe the best let's believe in god🎊
