    It's edible raw right? I just picked a fruit from the tree that's opened, I tasted but it's hard, doesn't smell, doesn't taste of anything. I think it's unripe even though it's fully open. Is this a thing? Can it continue to ripen at this point?

    • @GreenThumbEngines
      @GreenThumbEngines 3 месяца назад

      The on switch should be located around the middle of the entire shaft of the weed eater. Basically where you hold it and pull the trigger with your hand. The on switch should be located right where the trigger is. You should see it right on top when you look at it. Just shove the switch forward and you’ll be able to start it when you pull the cord. Don’t forget to prime the gas button like 20 billion times lol

I have pushed the little bulb to prime it many times, maybe needs more ? Also put fresh gas and oil. I do notice around the silver/ metal casing inside there are traces of oil around it. Maybe that’s the carburetor?

    Jesus I did the same thing... Ignition coil, momentary switch, spark plug, fuel lines, fuel filter... Nothing. And I did open it up and see the piston rubbing I thought maybe it was because it was dry with no fuel/oil to lubricate it.

    • @GreenThumbEngines
      @GreenThumbEngines 4 месяца назад

      Your probably right. But mine did the same. I opened it up and the piston rubbed against the cylinder block. I think that’s how these blowers usually fail. I saw another video of a person talking about the same thing and that’s how I learned how to take it apart. So I just bought a new motor for 40 bucks and it cranked right up.
