Naila, hi! I watched this podcast about the breakup of your relationship. Thank you for your bravery. I don't think it's dirty laundry. Some of the things from your podcast resonate very much. I broke up with my girlfriend in July. And I also drew some conclusions. 1. It is necessary to check the time on each other's watches every day. How we feel in different situations. Ask each other this, don't be shy. 2. Deep emotional connection. When was the last time we talked about something intimate? Not about work, hobbies, but about something hidden? 3. The balance between being the perfect husband/wife and dissolving into another person. I still don't understand how to find this balance. Although I am already 33 years old. But you definitely can't lose yourself in another person. But where is this balance? 4. Don't let things take their course. Nothing will resolve by itself. You need to carefully monitor the signals. 5. Intuition. Strangely enough, intuition is stronger than logical consciousness. Because intuition is consciousness, only its ancient reptilian part. You need to listen to the voice of intuition. Ps. I didn't understand all things for 100 percent (language barrier). But I understood most of the podcast. I'm learning English from your videos. Good luck. You are grandiose and brave. I understand that it's still hard for you. I understand you. I want to say that I'm hugging you, but we don't know each other. I'm sure you can handle it. Came from Sadia's YT to here to watch all of what this amazing video reveals. Which is interesting, insightful & motivating. Motivating in that I'll try my best to be a great boyfriend/husband. Because my significant other may need to be shown goodness unfortunately being raised around bad things. It is insightful because I've learned so much more about females' childhood & motherhood. It's been almost confusing & mysterious for me but I'll get there someday.

I waited almost 6 months getting to know my toxic x partner before we had sex. I thought that meant a genuine commitment from each of us, but because of the investment in the relationship before we got serious, breaking the trama bond post relationship was horrific. Now well on the healing path 🙏🏼😊. As you said at some level you do know. For me it was the shared idealisation that drew me in, and the guilt of abandoning them and therefore myself that kept me stuck. In reality you abandoned yourself when you entered the shared fantasy. A good psychologist , a cupboard full of tissue boxes ( lol) and one or two good friends and a lot of hard work on my behalf got me to the other side. Learnt so much, so grateful, but please never again !!!
