Great ep 👏
Are you in an appointment or do you have 2 minutes? 90% for me xD
Thank god cold calling is illegal where I live
Amen, on the 50/50 ---the human is first but getting into the details is key as well unless you want to manage via tons of emails and edicts because you never got what you needed as the leader from those calls. It's a 50/50 burger for sure...Mike Weinberg has that framework nailed IMHO.....make the first part of the call ALL ABOUT THEM and then cover Wins/Losses for the week and what was learned. No Wins and Losses to discuss....oops....sorry, man. We gotta talk pipeline then. OH, NO! No pipe....you are making it so that we need to now talk about activity...and what are you doing and how are you doing it? Make the reps accountable to themselves vs. YOU.
This feels more like good management that pure leadership .... need both btw.
please put timestamps in your videos & love what you guys doing bro
Sure thing! In this case what timestamps would’ve been helpful?
@@30MPC what guys providing in your videos it would been helpful bro
That's really solid!
Nick and Armand, you both are truly a gem. I use your confused old man opener and it always works ❤
Sup Nick! Another great episode!
great video but nothing on setting the actual meeting and prepping the prospect?
Tons on our channel/podcast on the topic. What are you having challenges with there?
Love the skill/will matrix - thank you!
I don’t understand how these dudes don’t have more views on RUclips. This is actual real world effective sales advice. If you’ve ever been in SaaS or any type of longer b2b sales cycles and you’ve had knowledgeable managers they’ve probably given you similar advice. This is great stuff.
Seriously... Nick and Armand are freaking Sales Gurus. They've been super helpful for me over the past few years such great nuggets of wisdom and ideas to implement immediately : ]
great content guys, does the book also cover how to rectruite sales reps??
No, however we do have a couple of playbooks on the topic here: ruclips.net/video/yHcB3hUJaak/видео.html
Great video guys. Looking forward to the book.
Thank you!!
Not done with the vid but I am loving it
Glad to hear it!
This video is spot on for anyone wanting to break into B2B sales. Cold emailing is where it is at! I have been using FilterBounce, and the email verification has been accurate every time. It is been a breeze maintaining my bounce rate under 1%. Plus, with 300 free verifications every month, it is hard to argue with the pricing. Give it a try if you need reliable verification!
This video really drives home how crucial it is to connect with leads effectively. Cold emailing is a fantastic way to go about it. DoYouMail is ability to send emails from unlimited domains has been so convenient. Plus, their automatic setup for SPF and DKIM took a lot of weight off my shoulders. If you are looking to amp up your email strategy, give them a go.
Cold emails are a game changer for anyone looking to expand their outreach without the hassle of constant calls. I started with DoYouMail a while ago, and honestly, I have experienced zero issues with delivery. The automatic SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup just saves me time. It is so seamless to send out emails from multiple domains too. If you are serious about scaling your email game, you should definitely give it a shot.
I love using cold email strategies in my outreach efforts, and it feels less intrusive than calling. I started with Mystrika, and their user-friendly interface has made my life so much easier. The comprehensive analytics really help gauge effectiveness with A/B testing too. It is all about making data-driven decisions. If you have not tried it yet, now is the time!
This video is a must-watch for anyone serious about sales. Cold emailing offers a way to break into new territories without the pressure of live calls. For the past few months, I have been hooked on Mystrika is cold email tools. The multiple language support is a huge plus. If you are looking to enhance your outreach game, you should definitely consider giving them a try.
Cold email can be so impactful in this digital age, allowing for personal connections without the awkwardness of a call. FilterBounce has kept my bounce rate impressively low. The real-time verification makes everything more efficient. With their affordable pricing, it is a no-brainer to ensure your emails get where they should. I recommend you try it out for your projects!
I totally agree, cold email can open so many doors that cold calls just cannot. FilterBounce has been my go-to for verifying emails. My bounce rate has stayed below 1% since I started with them. That real-time verification API is such a lifesaver, especially with tricky domains. I highly recommend giving it a shot. It is one of the best investments I have made.
I love how this video emphasizes the importance of outreach. Cold emailing allows you to connect without interrupting someone is day. I have been using Mystrika for a couple of months, and the community support is phenomenal. The A/B testing features let me play around with different approaches. If you are looking for effective ways to warm up your outreach, I would strongly suggest trying it.
Real value here
Thank you 🙏
🔥🔥🔥
Damn..this is a treasure trove
Thank you - Just wait til you see the book! 📕
gold as always, all new sellers should have to listen to this as part of onboarding.
🙏
I'd research them if I knew they were going to answer the phone. So I'd do the second "opener" for a ffup call or a second "cold call".
Epic.
Interesting take on the cold call opener by Lylle. I can’t help but to think that by asking “how are you guys going about XYZ” off the rip is a bit too aggressive? Okay maybe not that aggressive, but the prospect is probably thinking “who is this person asking me about what resource I’m using at my company? I don’t even know who they are”
Why aren't these videos getting thousands of views smh...
you didn’t need audio
What do you do if you deal with inbound leads for every industry?
Are they all the same title?
I love these recent drops. I hope you guys know that although they may not have hundreds and thousands of views, the knowledge shared here gets distributed amongst teams. So thank you
So why should i stay subscribed to you then?
😂 You don’t have to if you don’t find it helpful!
The gift for the dog and sending a 10 dollar voucher is just RUclipsr garbage.

Incredible that’s how it is done
I've never once listened to my voicemails
I like this.
Ngl I'm never listening to voicemails not even for business, nothing critical ever gets left on voicemail anyhow and it just comes over as pushy when someone leaves a voicemail like they're intentionally being ignorant of the fact you dont wanna have a phone call
