Building Large Custom Shop Doors | Accessory Bldg. Ep11 | ShabinLife
Hey Everyone,
Hope all is well... I know it's been a little while since our last upload, but I promise you we're still here. We have been caring for a family member which is most important to us right now. As I sit here in Ma Gel's kitchen uploading this video, I can't help but shed some tears knowing she won't get to live out this adventure with us... but, I know she'd like these barn/shop doors as well as watching the video with the rest of you celebrating all that is life & the importance of living it to it's fullest!! WIth that being said, I hope you like the video and we'll catch up w/ you soon... until next time, sta...

Most important is that...

Very cool. Great design. Very versatile. You can hunt any way you want in a set up like that. You could even put some artificial Christmas tree limbs and add a little green to it. Plenty roomy . I’ve seen a Dan Fitzgerald video where he had something similar and they put ripped tree limbs probably 3 inches diameter or so vertical with space in between and it made shooting spaces all around. I think he even had some green limbs on the top to help break it up. Looks great the way you have it though. Nice job. That spot will last for years.

I love the simplicity of your design!!! I live in a rental on ten acres. I also tend to overbuild things and this design is simple enough yet strong enough to where I don't have to invest a ton of time and money to get the job done. Love it man! I hope you are successful in your future hunts!! The dirt on the canvas was also pretty cool.

If a loft did you do a ladder to get up or steps? Thank you very much, sorry ive trued watching other videos you have but i cant find the final walkthrough that show this.

Let’s say, you wanted to relocate a kitchen sink from closer to the bathroom plumbing to where you have the sink now. How would you get the sink drain line to the main drain (I hope I’m using the right terms) I think the drain line would be about 8’ from the wall where the sink is going to be Just cut, and insert a combo wye w/long sweep? Haven’t been able to find any videos that show how to tap into the main drain

I really like how you broke down everything you were explaining and the time you took going downstairs so we could get a clear understanding of each part you were talking about before moving on to the next thing; even when they were in the same room. And... you did it without editing & splicing your video. I felt like I was walking around your house with you. I wish I was because I would've loved to pick your brain. My mom is having her drains redone & because I have work a little in construction, I was picked to be the one to talk to the crew. They put a 3" drain in for the kitchen sink. I thought it was supposed to be smaller. Because of what the head guy originally had told me about what was part of her original problem. But, the crew used the 3" anyway. When I asked about it, he said it would be fine. Please tell me what you think. I'm hoping to find out before the inspection & concrete for fixing the floor is scheduled.
