I use Shortcut for editing. It's free open source software and has excellent features with lots of online tutorials. The Mini 2 is fun and easy to fly. For photos it has 48 megapixel splicing or 4 x 12 megapixel photos. I like to shoot in 2.8k at 60fps for smoother video.

Agreed but I go for bang for buck. Sunlight is too much for the Tab 8 so I usually set myself up in the shade of a tree.

You need an account for the drone then you can fly wherever. Just use an email address and a password.

Mostly I have my phone transmitting a hotspot for wifi. I think I should try that but make sure I have seen the maps of the area in the Fly app first.

If using with a Drone, keep the antennae pointed in the direction of the Drone.

Make sure to change the screen settings to full brightness and turn off the adaptive brightness. As far as screens go at this price point you will find it hard to do better. Consider pointing the antennas towards the aircraft as the aluminium case will block the signal.

Mine has GPS, and the screen is a little better in Sunlight than I first thought it was.

Thank you. The 32gb is fine for me because I use a limited number of apps but the extra storage would definitely be handy for screen recording too.

@@droneqld For Extra A$15 dollars you can buy 32GB micro sd card and record to it. ...Just to add I use AZ screen recorder to record directly to external storage.

I could not get the fly app to work on the a7 lite 32gb I believe you need to have the 64gb for the app to work .

Yes, my Zino dropped into the water about one metre from shore unfortunately. I think one of my batteries was faulty because it happened on land too.

IF you watch the QC Guy video to use the ground station, I suggest pausing the video at every step. I highly recommend trying it. If you get someone to help you with the computer that may be better. It won't take more than 1/2 hour.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I think you are having issues connecting the wifi. As far as I know you don't need the wifi connection at all. You simply connect your phone to the cable that goes to the controller. You will only need the wifi connection if you want to fly without the controller but I suggest you always use the controller instead. You just need to follow the set up instructions step by step. Ignore the wifi connection.

You can try the cable reseat but you mght have a broken connection somewhere. Check out the QC Guy on youtube he has left a comment on this page. He is the Zino repair expert and has several videos to back it up and show you how to do the repairs. Yes, that's a very good point. I think I'll take your advice and do that next time for smoother viewing since I'm publishing in 1080p anyway. I just had a quick look at the video again and there is a lot of motion going on, something I'm trying to reduce as I gain more experience shooting from the air. I think 60p would help with that for sure.

Yes, I use the word "button" loosely. Thanks for your comment. Can you tell me how to bring up error codes on an error log? I was describing the errors that were displaying in the app. eg. "Gimbal Angle Sensor Error" and "Request Timeout".

@@droneqld go to you tube Chanel : QC GUY they have all important information about Zino. So you needet a right Callibration vor your Gimbal, it have about 6 Steps, after that it's perfekt. Whatch the QC GUY Video and he have the Link for this Programm.

@@droneqld unfortunately you cannot save any errorcodes , the app shows the errorcode as long as you have on, after you fixt the Problem, its not possible to save it

@@felspire346 Yes, the comparison video I watched was actually for different kinds of microphones. Yet, I thought why not spend a very small amount more for the possible better mic. Anyway, I'm glad I made the choice I made because the quality of the one I purchased is very good. I didn't expect to get a pop filter either.

USB 7000 is 48khz 16bit 14mm mic NW-8000 is advertized to have a "professional sound chip" that can record at 192khz by 24bit 16mm mic which most intel motherboards support. There is also an nw8000 xlr version. Get the usb one for $40-50 on amazon with arm n pop filter. The NW-8000 is the best low priced 192khz 24bit 16mm diaphragm usb condenser mic on the market, no question why Amazon runs out often and also why it has Amazons Choice sticker. Also right now u can get the version he has for a very low price but there is also a White & Black version both of which are $15 dollars more for no apparent reason. I personally could care less on the color of the mic. Thing could have been neon green, purple, or clear glass perhaps even plastic for all i cared. Although a wooden body entices me. Once i get it and do the review on it ill try to make a wood enclosure for it and see if i can do a wooden body mod in hopes of improving looks & acoustics.

Hi, the USB cable is only about 1.5 metres. I have 2 extensions on mine and it works fine. It might pay to invest in a 3m USB cable.

I feel it will be too sluggish with 42 grams. It might be OK with no wind but I'm going with the Hawkeye Firefly only 16 grams and it's always windy here. With 53 grams of weight it wanted to drop a lot of altitude when yawing. Thanks for watching.

@@droneqld I ordered one anyway. I can use the camera on my bike also if it won't work on the drone. And maybe I will get myself another more powerful drone with brushless motors. I did try a SQ11 camera on top of the Z5. But the video was shaky. The Firefly or SQ20 might do better. Then I have my C-Me drone which has a very good camera. But it is not easy to fly with the phone while riding. It is more a drone you let hoover on one spot and ride past. I am still looking for a cheap drone that can do a good follow-me. The Z5, SG900-S and C-Me go into toilet bowl quite easily. It will probably work better if I do a manual follow-me. I just need to practice flying the drone an riding my trike at the same time.

It's a great drone, just needs a decent camera. Firefly at 16 grams should be perfect. Just a cup for a launch pad and hand capture for the landing if you want to mount the camera underneath.
