Completely agree with you about the PVP. Been playing for the past few days and have ran into more crouch spammers than people that actually wanna fight lol. Like you said, nice to have the pvp there if you want it but the pve really carries the game!

Torches are an additional thrown weapon. They deal small damage but when you pick them up they automatically re-equip and can easily be thrown again and again while chasing until the opponent turns around

what about reviews saying that this game is a spyware&bloatware? That tavern.exe and tavernworker.exe are causing this problem. Anti cheat reads all of your files on the hard drive and also loading it up to 100% ,so as they say, it kills your drive. Is it all true? Didn't check for myself yet but still wanted to find answers or discussion about it. Some detailed answers or explanations would be much appreciated

Hey! Learning the boss recently! Bringing Gloves of utility with resourcefulness and a blue pickaxe and maybe a watchman cloak helps a lot with getting the ore! Having to try it in HR still but gonna report ❤

From the dark and darker wiki regarding Penetration: This modifier cannot bring Damage Reduction below 0% meaning there is no functional benefit to exceeding 100% Penetration This modifier also does nothing if the target's Damage Reduction % is 0% or less. There are no damage multiplies from pen like you implied from what i can tell. Unless the wiki is wrong.

Bit of a waste using a skill slot for rage when you already have 330ms. Easily could've grabbed roar or reckless here.

You don't need to hellfire at the start of the fight like that. The boss is immune to damage until its initial roar is over. You can tell because you were not healing from torture mastery until he started to jump into the air.

in my opinion this game is super clunky slow paced and doesn't have a progression type level for new players. hit boxes are god awful, spells often refuse to cast even though your crosshair is dead on the target. but my biggest gripe with the game is the lack of an MMR or gear score match making. I play with a friend we do okay from time to time. but in non high roller lobbies the second we get 2 green items it puts us in what seems like a no cap gear score lobby. you go in with a gear score of 45 and just get rofl stomped by duo team that does nothing but joining wearing all purples gear scores of 500+ that just run around and kill everyone and yup you guessed it back to the starter set. I don't mind getting outclassed by similarly geared people but going up against a decent team completely out geared isn't even fun. you cant even run cause their gear makes them take very little damage from mobs and with decent stats they will be faster than you. until they do something unfortunately i will likely play other games

Saying warlock soloing the wyvern is hard is hilarious. Warlock can do it easily. The devs don't care anymore. The game's on it's way out the door. They're not able to balance it properly so people are losing interest.

In normals you get 2-3 ore per node and there are 2 nodes so soloing it in normals is fine, for high roller just grab gear that has +regular interaction speed and resourcefulness as in HR you get 4-6 ore per node so at max 12 ore which will take about 1 minute and 30 seconds with 100% interaction speed, so its completely doable, you just need to build for it

Basically it's just worse copperlight with better items and item quality 1 ms is effectively .33% ms bonus, which is worse than copperlight but because he is just stacking the agility items he can have that move speed since it's legendary+ quality. It's actually a very strange and awkward way of doing it, because if they were going to make this +1 ms to everything why wouldn't they just make the copper gear give you 3 ms on every item rather than saying 1%. Like his hat might as well just say 1 move speed instead of -2

Its force rolled legendary gear but with UNIQUE rarity additional attributes on top of the additional move speed gained from what ironmace decided was a good idea in a movementspeed meta to give the crafted armor move speed, its bizzare and on top of that, on your cool echo of screams kit i really recommend since echo is a battle axe is to increase to maybe 5-10% action speed it makes a hella of a lot of difference.

I think its cool how you can grind up for a really expensive kit then basically be "invincible" but still have a chance of dying. Makes it worth grinding for.
