The other weapon I would recommend is the Zweihander by the way, Zweihander honestly is better - but requires a way higher amount of skill with the weapon to kill people - bardiche is just plain easier, and I'm not very experienced with the Zwei. Plus you can kit cheaper with a Zwei!
I noticed you spent a lot of time looking for a comparable cloak of darkness to sell. If you search by static attribute in the AH for move speed bonus on the cloak, it will display the values in the static attribute column. Makes it easier to filter. This is also a good way to find high move speed rolls on the cheap when kitting!

People seem to like weird builds the most. E.g. Magic damage crystal sword fighter. Or crazy hard challenges, but frankly the challenges are so hard that do well that they become hard to record. (e.g. no items -> wyvern in one run by Red, or Jay's Goblin Merchant only lvl 1-20 perma death). Also, this niche is hard for its size, basically everyone in it has another channel. Red has multiple over 100k subs. I have multiple over 100k subs. A bunch of people were Cycle Frontier streamers before, etc. Biggest advice would be to learn thumbnails really well because they matter a lot.

Everything sold at the price listed when I checked this morning. Felling axe hadn't sold after 8h last night. The item that had sold there was one of the cheaper ones iirc.
The lizard skin gives me 8.5% PDR in this build so I'll compare based off of that. Vigor from Lycan would be 3 HP here. So if I took 160 damage I'd live with the lizard skin, and die with Lycan. Of course - PDR is a sliding scale though, so it's more effective per armor rating the less armor you have on, and this kit is VERY specific.
The amount of passive aggressive players in this game is annoying and boring. Im going to run at you like I have a pair then turn and run for 20 minutes. So fun.
That's just how you play PVP man, especially if you have most characters levelled to 20 like I do. Just swap to the overtuned character everytime they do it. Like people do in League or Dota or Overwatch or any other character based game.

Literally the only thing it excels at is using budget kits since you can get some benefit from skipping out on head and chest. There is nothing inherently strong about the class right now.. bardiche is a strong weapon, but it's better on fighter and so is zweihander. You get a bit better base hp on barb, but can't utilize PDR or ranged weapons. Most active players can agree that while barbarian isn't "weak" it is the worst class right now. You only win fights from outplay or luck that's it
Everyone knows? Everyone knows that barb is the worst class right now lol what are you talking about? Bardiche is strong, barb is very weak. Try a bardiche or zwei build fighter and life feels like easy mode. Outside of low gear score lobbies, barbarian is the weakest class in the game.

Copperligths are cheap if you aren't going for add move speed. If 700g is too much for you then you should probably get better at the game before even trying to make a build
if you never geared up it seems expensive but think about it like this: (not even HR) you go in naked, play safe, collect treasures and decent gear treasures ~200 gear ~400 and thats for a bad run actually in normals do this a few times and you can buy some kits of these for risk vs reward and if you progressed your quests i can recommend crafting its gambling basically, but there is a huge amount of gold to make outside of the dungeons as well

There's brackets for under 25, 25-124, and over 125. I'd recommend stay in the middle if you don't want to fight 500gs kits.
The gs brackets are 1-24, 25-124 & 125+. So if you are 25 or slightly over you would be against 124 kits at max.
