Thanks. The music comes from The Odessa Klezmer Band, a Budapest group worth looking into. This, the Synagogue in Szeged, and the Great Synagogue on Dohany street in Budpest, are the most beautiful Synagogues in Europe. The first two, in the Hungarian Secessionist style, have stylistic similarities with public buildings in the Hungarian empire, like the town halls in Kiskunfelegyhaza, Marosvasarely (Târgu Mures, Romania) and in Subotica itself. I am so happy these buildings have been renovated and are still in use.

I copied the title from the label on the record and from the back of the record jacket. Listening to it, I realize he is singing what you say, yet it makes more sense the way i printed it.

I first was all the waterfalls going in April of 2012. Water was pouring over the rim of the canyon in many places, including downstream, out of the official limits of the Natural Area. It had rained heavily right up to the time I got out of the car, and then sun came out throwing shafts of light over all the water. It can be pretty amazing in winter, too, if there have been multiple freeze-thaw cycles from snow.

Thanks; It is a breathtakingly beautiful country, with all sorts of hidden gems. I had the visuals and the music, so I decided to take the plunge (actually the first was a group of photos taken in November in the woods around here, and used music by Arnold Bax).

Thanks. What is interesting is that the small river in these photos flows not south, but north, towards Russia. The border is within 1-2 km , at a beautiful canyon. I will post those photos in another video later.

I will be putting up other Georgian videos in the future - I love the music, and it is as much about that as the sites I visited.
