The billionaire didn't say that Black Women are for Grown Ups
I don’t think black women know, and understand, our natural features are our superpower, as soon as we start to understand that, love our features and promote our features, all this nonsense will cease to exist exist.
Many blk men avoid blk women in her natural hair, and many have told me they don't date blk women. It's not just blk women who talk negatively about blk women, blk men do it too.
THEY STARTED THIS! WHY ISNT SHE DISCUSSING THAT? I LOVE MY SILK PRESSES!
Lol I never understood why people associate women with natural hair with interracial dating.
I don't think anyone believes black hair doesn't grow any more! But let's be real. This wasn't always the case. I grew up in the 80s. And Many bw didn't know how to take care of their hair. You rarely saw 4c waist length hair. So we need to stop pretending that we don't understand why people ask if our real hair, especially when bw wear wigs 95% of the time!!
I don't have a problem with wigs as much as i have a problem with how it looks fake and wiggy. I don't understand why we dont wear wigs that look realistic when the technology exist. Its strange!! why bw feel so comfortable looking fake and clownish??
I agree .
I wish folks would stay out of black women’s hair… there are much bigger problems in the world!
I’ve been natural for years a lot of black men / black women don’t like their hair lol you tell that and they get mad 😭 it’s annoying.
Speak on it!👏🏾❤ People won't even say hi to me, the first thing they do is ask if my hair is real when they see me, like damn no good morning, no how are you? Lol They're on a mission to dismantle you when you break the norms. All you gotta do is keep your hair moisturized, deep condition weekly, protective style, and find what products and styles work best for you. Lately, I've been making my own hair products since the Mielle lawsuit, I don't trust these companies anymore. Great video!🧚🏾♀
Whenever I see a black girl wearing her natural hair, it’s always OTHER black girl who’s making fun of her.
I disagree. When your wearing your natural hair and its well kept and moisturized you typically don’t get made fun of. When your hair is dry, falling out the bun, a wig ur grandmas wig maker woulda made in the early 90s yes … you will possibly be made fun of. White people do the same thing .. they criticize highlights , roots, and split ends, and hair cuts. People are always trying to make certain experiences specific to black women.. no
For crying out loud .. some white men wont date white women because of their hair colour .. blonde, brunette, ginger etc. where are the think pieces on white men criticizing white women for their hair color? I’m convinced some black people just want to blame other blacks for how they were treated as children
@ that’s never the case for me. Was at school, this stunning girl with a beautiful Afro that was not super short or too long, healthy and well kept, and she got made fun of. Just cause other girls thought it looked silly or didn’t suit her or “look at that girls hair! You can see it from a mile away!😂😂” her hair was clean, healthy and well looked after. And this isn’t the only time I’ve seen this. I was talking from my own experiences and what I’ve seen so🤷🏽♀️
Black woman with wigs: "I bet she's bald" Black woman with her natural hair: "she's too broke for wigs"
7:45 That woman with the straight hair hat speaking for all black women because she h8 herself and her hair so much just makes my blood pressure rise a little. I cannot even begin to express the level of ignorance she spews and she DOUBLED DOWN in more videos. The way she kept flipping that wig just reeks of inferiority complex. She wants white people hair so bad.
I agree with you. Its a sad reality
The toxic hair culture in the black world has gotten so embarrassing 😭. They're dragging us down.
So much omg. And have you seen the rise in relaxer videos. 💔
I think anok yai does have a small nose. I think the issue is that small noses are associated with those who are Caucasian for some reason, when really noses come in all different shapes in sizes in every race. We don't call white people with big noses "Afrocentric" so why call a black woman with a small nose "eurocentric"?
I completely agree with your take on nose contour. I stopped contouring my nose because I didn't like how it made me look. I looked pretty, but frankly I felt like it was erasing one of my black features and I didn't like that.
Well said. Unfortunately, black women have a lot of work to do when it comes to loving our hair.
We truly do. I try to encourage the women around me to do so. But, i don't wanna be to pushy so they get sick of me lol
Omg, people in secondary school used to do this to me, talking about how they could imagine me with a white or ambiguous looking man when older. I was a quiet kid that often had my natural hair 😂
Same! It's so odd. :/
Some Black women are exhibiting deranged thinking by devaluing African beauty standards. Pray deeply for them.
Some women who wear wigs are even trying to treat braids the same as they treat natural hair. God help us all.
They devalue then want others to value it
I don’t buy from L’Oréal because they said they don’t want black people buying from them 🤷🏽♀️ I heard this from my mother when trying to get into makeup
People are so stupid they can’t even educate themselves on “shrinkage”. Every black person can have the most longest hair but you wouldn’t realize because of SHRINKAGE. “Black women don’t grow long hair” yes we do it’s just VERY CURLY THAT IT SHRINKS🤣🤣 it’s our own race too because when you go get your hair done by other races and they want to see how long your hair is they already know that they need to grab a piece of our hair and stretch it down. (This happened in a video where a black girl went to a Korean beauty salon) It’s like black people don’t even know our hair can stretch all the way down our backs 😂
One thing I hate the most is black women constantly getting online saying how much they hate their natural hair or their natural 4c hair because it either is “too hard to deal with” or “ugly”. This is an issue because it’s enabling other races to feel comfortable telling a random black women her hair is ugly, not the ideal or “that’s why you have to wear wigs because your natural hair is ugly”. This has happened to me before & I’ve seen it happen. More & more people are starting to believe we all hate our natural hair and majority of the problem is because bw keep complaining about it. I also do find it weird that whenever you see a bw on a show she’s wearing a wig or a weave that doesn’t match her natural hair texture 85% of the time which leads people to truly think we hate our hair.
Exactly. Its especially weird how some of these femininity coaches encourage black women to wear wigs and weaves. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
@@ChocolateSquadChanneldon’t get me started on Shera Seven talking about how curly hair doesn’t attract men while she got on a backwards raggedy 4 year old wig. I don’t know why women listen to a coach that says she has to put witchcraft on her husband in order for him to stay with her. Plus wigs and lace fronts attract self hating black men , no thanks.
100% agree
Omg you're back!!
Yes ma'am! :)
I notice this too and have heard it often from Black women that other Black women are their biggest haters. Whether it's videos on living the 'soft life', leveling up, hypergamy, travelling or natural hair, Black content creators say they get the biggest push back from other Black women. What's up with that? I wish someone in the field of psychology would explain it, because it screams Black women are Black women's biggest haters! Then when they give people this ammunition to use against them, they complain that it's being used against them!
Welcome back! ❤
Thank you !! ❤️
It's always that deep !!!
!!
It’s not about Eurocentric beauty , it’s just some physiques are more appealing to human eyes and she has that , same as many other people who are purely African , at the same time there are many white or Asian people who doesn’t have the winner physique, it’s just genes and human history, I am absolutely agree that nobody should have benefits based on their looks but for god sake she is a model and that industry is all about looks of course she won’t look like an average person from her color , same goes for other races, a super model from Russia doesn’t look like an average Russian and ect
Ty❤
Sometimes wigs elevate a woman's look. But, I think it's a Segway. As intelligent and creative as bw are, more of us should go into science to learn how to alter genetics for the hair types we want - then later move it into skin tones, height, and body types. This would be a total game changer!
Natural african american and caribbean british women can look soft stunning feminine gorgeous and beautiful 😍 . However those that choose to wear hilarious wigs and weaves can look like drag queens . Some even wear yellow and blond wigs . They must have a degree in feeling inferior. Sadly this is one of the reasons why so many african american and caribbean british women are single undesired undateable and unmarried .

If you’re a beautiful stunning black person suddenly you have white features they can’t accept you can be black and beautiful I adore my skin color 🖤
