I identify with the nurse so much. When you’re big and people tell you to eat more it is literally the most conflicting feeling you ever have. Because once you eat something you can’t take it back so it’s like do I eat the food or listen to what we’ve heard for decades and eat less because “that’s the only reason we’re fat”. I spend hours sometimes trying to rationalize why I should eat something because I don’t experience hunger pains anymore. The smoothie regiments have been working for me lately so I’m not only eating once a day but maaannn I’ve never heard someone describe exactly what I go through. It’s refreshing
