1 1/4 pipe is 3/16 thick wall so hole to drill is 1 5/8 inch o ring should be a 326 possibly too tight or 325 but might be too loose but they are both super close according to the chart because o ring should be 1 5/8 id x 2 inch od and 3/16 thickness . nice tool you invented.
