I see your stance on why you don't feel the need to which makes sense from the events that took place in the past. Maybe it's a matter of asking your sister, the one that is ill, if she would like you to come visit her one last time, and go from there?

Nothing is up with elections. Our population doesn't read, don't study any history, and take out their anger in ways that work against them. We need more critical thinkers. You don't need to go back too far to check on what kind of person trump was and is. Just listening to him speak and never getting to a recognizable point or conclusion is maddening. It's gonna be a bumpy ride once these people realize what they have done.

I've raised children too. When you have more then 1 child. You tend to have different worries about each one of them. There are not any perfect children! You have to look at their point of view. Maybe Mom's way of worrying about you & Matt came from your older siblings. Planting seeds in her mind about you. Plus the loss of Gus in the back of her mind. Made her worry about her 2 youngest ones the most. Maybe they were envious of Mom worrying about you more then them. Idk You can still just talk to her on the phone. Just to say goodbye. And may even give you the opportunity to tell her about the way you have felt about her and all the others older family members for undermining your choices. You put your big boy pants on and became an awesome man that I see before me. But I've always cared & loved you for being you. And you were and still are that same person I've known for over 40 years!✌️❤🫂 Maybe just to put it all to bed .... Once and for all! I guess it's none of my business. But , I know you!
