I get 10-11 liters per 100km with maybe a 2nd gear pull every now and again, most of the time im just relaxing. I got a 76mm split to 63mm exhaust, stock header, a flash by a local guy and stock intake. I dont get why the car is so heavy on fuel. I do drive mostly short distances though. I bought the car with the previous owner skipping alot of maintenance. I havent checked out the injectors yet or replaced the fuel filter as of yet.. Do you have any recommendation as to what I can check? I also replaced the aftermarket coils he had in with oem denso coils. Before the flash I used to get 9.4 liters with the car being completely stock. Then he gave me a loner ecu with a flash for type r intake, which made the car overfuel slightly, and then after he put the right bolt-ons tune, but fuel economy remained the same
Better message me on ig with details on who tuned and what parts you have on car. With short driving i was avg 8l most of the time. With long open road cruzing it is around 6l. When it was stock cruzing on highway at 120kmh was 7.5l. Good header and good tune will improve fuel consumption
Do you put premium fuel ⛽️ 91 octane in the CL9?
It is mapped for 100oct EU rating. That would be 93US

Im making them at order, doing this full time now. Currently booked for next month maybe 2 as I have people coming to my home for install parts tuning and so on. Most cars as in bad shape as there is not much educated personal working on them so i need to fix botched exhausts, botched inductions botched valve adjustments and so on... But plan is to stop doing that as it only eats up my day over nothing. My time is btter spent making headers. A have an info from Ralfi that sometimes needs weld improvment but I am interested if AFR is ok for basic setup - your intake, header, decat, custom flash or better to want different one? Its cheep header and some things are not done properly in terms of welding. Other than that it has wrong resonances and is not equal. You have my subscribers car with serge flash running 13.7 afr on that header where my header is in 14.2range. My headers are jump above the rest.

@@honzadvorak4989Thats my header. Im pretty happy with it, has a very good quality of construction and feels super nice using it, (vibrations, sound etc) better than stock. I felt a noticeable improvement when I put it, and today still works perfectly, I think that is the best quality/price header you can get. I have several videos where you can see how it drives/sound. In terms of welding Kowalski's one seems much better and in theory it has a better form (i am completely ignorant in that area) Mine was 13.7/ 13.9 AFR with a FBO set up. If Kowalski's one has 14.2 its cleary superior. If spending 300eu more is not a big deal for you i would try with Kowalski header.

I deleted a lot of videos as i dont want to educate idiots and plagiators for free. Not him in specific but reflash club morons and couple of others. Im shearing "top secret" info only with my customers. Maisteer spent 9 years on failed project, ill make header that sounds like f1 for that thing in 9 days. My 4cyl setups sounds better than most 6-8-10-12 cyl custom header craps. If you look at my ep3 header I have spent 2 days making R3, making sure that runners down to 4mm equal. Than i see solidfab header that cost 1500eur snd has 25mm error on secondaries... But its shiny so stupid people think its good and worth money. Take a look at 4n car. It is turbocharged and sounds like n/a. Its all down to superior header design and exhaust trickery. Depends on what you want. Tuned car with high rpm 0.2/0.27mm stock car 0.25/0.3mm will get more torq.
Don't get it, why is "reflash club" fake? They have good reviews on tsxclub
Review by idiots who dont know how to get their wheels changed not to mention know anything about tuning. You can see here that vtc i vtec is set horribly. My other customer with fbo setup has his car "tuned" (it was flashed once) and now afr is 11 and smoking like diesel and alaex doesnt want to tune it properly... It takes around 4 - 6 hours tune fbo setup on stock ecu. Not 15 min reflas like that imbecile is doing.
They are coppy paste reflash sellers not tuners. Compared to dr fox where he actually tunes cars and has 315hp setup tuned on stock ecu. But average person is dumb as hell and cant see difference between tuner and copy cat flash seller. So I'm educating people how to do better. When ralfi tunes for my customers it takes us well over hour to tune just basic intake, exhaust setup.

@@CL9k24a3 It's the same car. They don't claim it's a tune. What's wrong with flashing a better basemap? Hondata is reputable and that's what they do also. Do you have any links to people having issues with Reflash or Serbo? They're praised on every forum

If I get this header I need an exhaust to fill up the rear Euro R lip. I think HKS Silent or Apexi will pair nicely cuz they are quiet exhausts. Very great sound man. Good job.

Think you might have forgot to cut the video at the 20sec mark. But sounds good. My tuner says he hasnt heard a CL9 with such clear sounding vtec engagement as mine, but everything on my car is stock, except for K&N 76mm intake and then the flash with engagement at 4k rpm. I only removed the resonator box and placed a samco pipe into the bumper with the filter connected. Main airbox is empty ofcause. I am getting a 76mm into 63mm split in the coming weeks, so will have to see how it sounds after that. You dont think 90mm is a little big for a stock car?
had to extend it to empty or it would not upload as normal but short only. It is not to big, rather those other intakes are too small.
stock airbox is 72mm similar to most cai inductions that I have seen. That is one of the reasons all this fbo setups dont make no where near as much hp as my.
Having loud cross doesn't mean much as the smaller and shittier intake side is the louder it is. Once you move to ported manifold and proper induction than you almost cant hear cross at all.
Interesting. I will do the dyno after I get exhaust with my 76mm Cai and then get a 90mm one and do another run or two just to compare. I haven't done the airbox mod of yours yet, but I am planning on it. But if the intake itself is 90mm, I assume the piping is similar in size and then has some type of adapter pipe to connect to the standard TB?
Locals keep telling me 63mm exhaust is more than enough for what I want to do, which is full exhaust, vtc, and maybe rbc or rrc in the future. But seems k24 like big intake and exhaust

I did mine yesterday for first time...100-200 around 16sec. Was a little improvised, I started in second so there was an extra gear change and 3rd to 4 was bouncing rev limiter a few so I lost at least 1sec... 15 degree and a little weight. I guess that would be 14,5-15 sec in optimal conditions. With heavy stock wheels and stock flywheel, clutch and everything im pretty happy to be honest. Yours still the fastest!
Thats good, it will go a bit faster in winter and always start from 3rd.

Sure, no point spending big cash on that car. Get that header, get cl9 exhaust on it, cl9 intake manifold, cl9 tb, my airbox mod and you will gain 20-25hp + remap.
And how about a euro r header in a cl9? Here in Spain I have a guy that sells it for 250€, im considering it. Already have your airbox mod
I think it is to short so not sure if you can fit it. Sure is upgrade over stock but not optimal for k24.

You can see in this video that serge map is lean and is about to blow up this engine.
Forgot to mention that this car had botched exhaust and massive leak after testpipe.. Not sure how much that would influence result but Ill take this.

Im making 1header per month or two because of my shit health condition. When that gets resolved than it will be sold by friend in Romania. He will be in charge of pr. Or ill drop dead and nothing will come out of it

The serge bo header sits quite low to the ground. How is ground clearance with your header.
First time hearing this. My is in line with oil pan. Headers that sit low low are asp 4-1, serge 4-1 that is copy if asp and plm

I never had that issue with wr replica that serge selling. But when i re did everything my exhaust is sitting higher than stock. Just made it tighter And my ride height was stock while i had that header.
What modifications have you done?
I make and sell all of what you need. Custom header custom intake mani custom exhaust, induction. It gets you to 260hp

most cost effective is header+decat + cai + remap. That gets you to 230hp and good performance gain. Price for this is around ~1100eur. Past that you need intake manifold + injectors + full exhaust + throtle body+ 50 vtc gear and at that point you will be at 260hp... Add set of dc drop in cams and you will be at over 280hp but than price adds up. In terms of performance stock does 100-200kmh around 26sec 230hp 17sec (you can drop light wheels on it and light flywheel and drop sec more) 250-260hp + light wheels + light flywheel 14sec 280hp would knock down 1.5-2 sec more.
@@CL9k24a3 thanks for the answer, the proposed changes seem fair, will consider it. Decat is not really an option here due to random road checks, but maybe there are sport cats available with a decent price.
HJS are best cats but a bit expensive, second to that there is magnaflow that are more reasonable priced and work fine. 200cel cat will get you pass mot.

there is not step as all of us are using silicon hoses not oem hose so there is a ridge that obstructs flow.
what is the recommended intake if one cant get custom one? are there variable intake length ones that will also give nice low end power?
Most of them are shit as they are to small of ID. You have my airbox mod. It is easy to make and works quite well.

Over 250hp in 1400kg car, has real nice drag coefficient of 0.27, light weight wheels, light clutch reducing drive train losses to minimum. Winter time also is helping here as in sumer it goes almost 2 sec slower. K motors have superior head design to anythin that is out there with k24 flowing 295cfm and k20 315cfm and superior port design. Getting over 300hp out of this engines is easy, not all that cheap but not hard to do ether.
