Quick question, how did you go about landing a job in NZ that fast?

I am so stressed. Looking at this video gives me some calmness. Immigrating with 4 kids. But struggling to get a job. Not using LIA's. Not sure what route to take.

My sympathy living. In Rotorua. I’m a retired GP and find the quality and knowledge not on par with RSA trained pre 1990’s. We do have a massive shortage since the 1990’s. Hospitals are pretty poor except in the larger cities.

Why doesnt NZ train enough doctors ? Marlborough has 50000 people and 4000 cant register with a doctor . Probaby 4000 guest workers in vineyards not sure if they can register with a doctor

You need to plan a getaway trip around the Coromandel peninsula if you have not explored it before. Should have gone over the hill to Ohope more child-friendly beach and playground for the little one. 👍

Great in-depth vid! With banking, Capitec allows for free international currency conversation, free swipes, etc… so can be an option. Curious, if you know what NZ is like in terms of living cost for: - Medical, is it free or have to pay? - Schooling, free or have to pay?

Renew passport is great to do! Slightly risky to cancel medical aid if any emergency takes place during period of cancelling and when you’re in the new country.

I see you’ve got another video on the costing - but so far seems very affordable to make the move in comparison to moving to the UK where you have to pay 5 years of medical insurance which is ~£5000 per person (~R100 000) + medicals, visas (R10k per person) etc

.My question re cost is what is the relative cost or percentage cost re your income. And no im not asking what you earn, my question is it x3 more expensive than SA but you're earning only x2.5 more so it's more expensive relatively or is it x3 more & you're earning x3. 5 so therefore cheaper? I once lived in a high paying country x3 more than back home but so many things were 4 or 5x the price
