Itu Godfather
I wish I could see this exhibit! Stuck in the UK, rather than being able to go to LA :')
Rip Lourdes Portillo
Godfather is a masterpiece I watch it over and over
But "Dr. Lao" changes races. No matter what human plays him, he is going to have to adopt the characteristics of another race. If a Chinese actor played "Dr. Lao" he would have had to do "European Face." Are we now at a place where we are so regimented by ethnic/gender ideology that no actor can play anything but their own familial background? The actress who played Maria in the last version of West Side Story was half Columbian/half Polish and not one bit Puerto Rican. Was that okay? How far do we want to go with this? Can only gay actors play gay parts? Well, then can only straight actors play straight parts? Do we want to exclude anyone gay from playing anyone straight? I don't mean to be disrespectful to the speaker or to anyone else. I'm just wondering how we navigate such a nebulous territory.
When this movie came out, it was awesome.
It’s astonishing to me that no one so much as mentioned the source material.
Former F1 driver David Coulthard has a large jaw😅
beast mode masterclass
Excellent makeup. Too bad the mouth inserts ruined it.
A GREAT ACTOR IN A WONDERFUL MOVIE
Wow, this is all just solid GOLD; thank you for posting this! ✨
@25:22 Hot Damn! That woman is BEAUTIFUL!!!😮😮😮❤❤❤
Now if everyone could just afford to buy the book.
Are we getting the movie Head (1968)?
Vivian Kubrick taped over 2-hours of behind the scenes coverage during filming that was edited down to 25-minutes by her father for the DVD Special Features. Does her entire VHS tape still exist?
Love this. Thanks for sharing!
❤❤❤❤
The Only Version Of 1933's King Kong That I Prefer Is The 2005 Restoration (100 Mins).
Phenomenal!
legendary fucking man! Im american and watched every single piece of cinema he has done. The man is just incredible.
Came across mention of this on “Atlas Obscura”. THIS is the type of stuff that has the power to produce understanding and bring people together.
wow, thank you
She was in this movie Babylon (2022), as Lady Fay, or in part her as a character. That is why i'm looking at this video. I feel sometimes ashamed about how rich white men have always controlled what should be considered normal, preying on minorities or just about anybody else than white. Critical Race Theory has become a banned words in the American political sphere and the meaning lost like they did with Woke.
Awesome!
Wow! Amazing!! I always love the Nicholas Brothers ❤️ I'm so thankful for this story of their lives. ❤️💓
So special and vital 🙏
this has so few views holy shit
it's disgusting how this channel steals the content of other channels and reappropriates it with their own intro and political messaging. shame on you.
Esme, I would love to interview you for my Podcast, Black Crew Call where I talk to Black creatives working behind the scenes in film and tv. I think you have a really unique and fascinating perspective coming from the Academy museum as a Black curator!
Oscards and any subsequent award show have no reason to exist and contribute 0 cultural value to any media associated with them.
you are alote for us.keep going profecer!🥰ethiopian

You are Awesome,❤🎉
My favorite love movie. 😍
"When the form is colonized, you are doing me harm." Ashe

Hi sir, I saw your RUclips channel, you upload very nice videos on your channel. I have watched all the videos and noticed that all your videos are beautiful. But, there are many problems with your channel. Your main problem is that the video views are not coming in and your videos are not reaching the target audience. Because your channel is not SEO! If you don't fix this problem, your video will not get video views organically. Because RUclips's algorithm works on keywords, but your channel has no keywords! This problem can only be solved by SEO. If your channel SEO is done then your videos will rank on RUclips and help your videos reach the right people. This will increase your video views. Remember, SEO is not just one job, it is organized into many activities. If you want to do SEO I can help you. I am a RUclips SEO expert, I can solve your problem. Thank you Have a nice day

RIP John Singleton Thank you for all the cinematic history you made and inspiring so many aspiring young filmmakers such as myself 🎥🎬🎞️
Such a brilliant actor. His work in Memories of Murder is superb!
This is just brilliant, thank you for sharing it. I can't wait for the day I can own this collection.

The slippers need to be a permanent exhibit. I came there for that and will continue to come for the slippers. Disappointed they are not out. I know you guys are in communication with NMAH in D.C. and their pair is now on exhibit for 20 years. Those slippers are the reason Hollywood memorabilia has momentum and respect. I also think its a good idea to include Kent Warners name on them since he owned them and found them.. His name needs to be respected and honored. I found that disrespectful that his name wasnt on the description back in 2021. Find a spot, make the public happy.
