Canon is Apple in the camera world. And tries to lock you into their ecosystem at all costs. Thanks to the chinese you might be able to get an adapter but that might not be a 100% solution. Same with the hotshoe mount they keep changing the pin layout with each release. 850d, 250d, r50 🙄 they also spend so much on marketing and making sure that canon flags wave in the wind at all photography events including national geography. Same as Coca Cola compared to Pepsi.

Thanks for the good info. I have been looking for alternative to Lightroom (Classic) and On1 seems to be a good option at the moment... Photo location at the 2:07 looks very familiar, especially to me who has passed that point countless times starring to that speed camera box "will it flash"... ;)

i Bought The M50 Mk2 in November Last Year and i mostly Use it for photography and Sometimes for video, and i must say both is looking great. you get Very detailed and Beautiful Pictures and The Video is okay for its price. The Reason why i bought it is because i needed a Quick buddy that i could carry around on my trips, and the M50 Mk2 does this job very well 👍👍

that "sticky zoom" shown at 4:24 is part of why that lens only cost 60 euro - - but great video - - watched while considering getting a G7 for $289 ! Wasn't that long ago we couldn't find *anything* with decent video in 4K under $450-$500 USD .... finally that's starting to change, it seems....

Now that Lightroom has content aware your video is no longer of much relevance. We all hate Adobe and I've been an On1 user for more than a decade - since release 2.0 of the software - but content aware and new tools in Lightroom are an On1 killer unless it has the same functionality. The current On1 object replacement/stamp tools just doesn't cut it anymore and is now old outdated technology.

I got lost in the cables

This lens on a D90 carried my broke ass from the early 2010s all the way to 2018. It really is something else. Loaned it to a younger photographer who was burnt out on her shit and it re-energized her. A year after she bought her own copy of the lens. Now I have a Zf and a bag full of glass, but I'll never forget this little killer.

It's really infuriating to watch a video shitting on a product and not recommending alternatives.

took mine on holiday and was fine, put it in a cupboard for about 10 months and then used it again, worked fine for 5 minutes then slowly lost power, battery had expanded

at least you got to the stage where you can try it out. It took me a couple of hours to just get the driver up on my Mac ... but the connection of the tablet just did not work... I tried with about 7 different cables... nothing. Does not connect to the Mac... So it went into the trash

I initially used On1 for a few years but found that at the end of the year when they released a new version they would do an update on their current version and break something, only way to have it fixed was to buy their new version. This bloody frustrated me so I moved to Adobe Subscription for LR and PS

Does this tablet have adjustable liftoff distance? I'm curious as I've passed up this tablet for a second hand wacom because of this feature being included in wacoms software.

I'm considering casting my vote for the Canon R50 due to its latest features and compatibility with a wide range of lenses, including Canon RF and EF lenses with an adapter. I am also interested in lenses from Meike, 7artisans, TTartisans, Yongnuo, and Sigma. I've heard that Tamron is in the process of developing RF lenses, which adds to the excitement surrounding lens options for the Canon R50.

Budget mirrorless cameras hits and miss.Even for $2000 camera still not enough for anyone.

Thanks for this video! Since Adobe only support cloud now and I heard from may or something, use AI to go through your cloud for machine learning, I do not want to support them. To bad. I likes the way all programs integrated so you didn’t need to export media before moving between programs.

I also got mine for editing.... it is good for faking hair/fur or sculpting in Zbrush. but I sold it. It gave me a weird feeling. No more tablets... I'm happy with the mouse... 😅🤣
