Arrowhead and Guerilla’s sci-fi weapon designs are so peak. Functional, unique, and, most importantly, cool. Even the cursed Bizon-Uzi hybrid that is the StA-11 is definitely something that could exist irl.

Gear is fantastic. It’s also kind of crazy how much cooler the gun designs are for Killzone when compared to Helldivers. Just look at the New SMG compared to the MP5 that was released a month ago or so, it’s night and day.

I grabbed the sta assault rifle because I was raised on killzone as a kid, other than that, most of the gear in the super store isnt worth it, no point in getting the helghast armor since they released the light one for free as an apology, unless you really wanted a medium armor version. All in all, if you liked killzone then you're probably going to buy a few of the items like me, but a random diver wont look at the super store for a second time after seeing the price

Animation changes: Dual Elites - Animation is changed to a drastically faster one in Source FAMAS - Animation changes in CZ, then changes to a slower one in Source Galil - Animation in 1.6 was about as fast as AK which was probably overpowered given its very low price and 5 more bullets, but it changed to a slower one in CZ, then to an _even slower_ one in Source. Jeez, the animators especially don’t like the Galil. G3SG1 - Odd animation cutoff in 1.6 was fixed and the animation was sped up slightly in CZ, but went back to the original speed in Source SG552 - Animation was changed in CZ, but was modified in Source so that the left hand doesn’t fly in the player’s face Scout and AWP - Both animations were modified in Source to cycle the bolt after reloading. By the way, why does the Scout magically increase the player’s speed above the default when held? Is it made of helium? M249 - Animation was modified in Neo so that the cover opens correctly, and was changed to a slower animation in Source M4A1 - The player pulls the charging handle in CZ instead of the forward assist and it stayed that way until Source, which went back to pulling the forward assist for some reason. MAC-10 - In Source, when the player pulls the bolt back, it stays locked back instead of pulling back forward. AUG - Animation slowed down by like 2% in Source but didn’t change otherwise. Also, the magazine briefly floats when the player inserts a new one in Source because of the viewmodel change. UMP45 - In CZ, the gun flies downward when the player hits the bolt because gravity. This was reverted to the 1.6 animation in Source. XM1014 - In Source, the reloading animation is slowed down to about the M3’s speed, likely for balance, considering this gun is lighter and fires significantly faster than the M3.

I use to have this but I got boarded of it took to long to track and kill targets when your low level and it takes ages to level up with the right perks I just play red dead 2 of I want to hunt

Ti this day no game can do a toggle lock animation correctly your not even able to see it move on rl and in rl I dosent hinder sights common sense

I have so much more respect for the studio behind Helldivers 2 for merging Killzone into their game.

KZ3 is not bad but i personally liked KZ2 more. It had better lighting and the visuals were cohesive. The movement was more weighty and demanded the player to master it to become more deadly. Also i did not like how KZ3 went more fantasy direction than scifi.

Killzone needs a remaster. Same with Resistance.

I have two go-to guns: the Antimatter Zap Pistol and the Gauss Rifle with a night scope.
