I have just bought one. Second hand and have learnt much more about the camera in 15 min than normally. I tried my lens the exact same one with the opening up the aperture blades and they were fine. I think its already been said but when pulling the rewinder up you have to slide the button to which also works, I have yet to put some fim through but you said that you messed about with the ISO with out dated film how? thanks

That's a shiny aluminum lens. The one coming in the mail is dull, spotty, and has some yellowing in areas and the grooves in the focus ring have schmutz in them too. Looking at aluminum polishing videos...any tips on the yellow would be great..

I have a few Zeiss Ikon Nettars which I love and a few Bessas one of which the timing of the shutter is out on the long shutter speeds.

I hit like and subscribe before I even watched this - my gut was just sure you’d be brilliant and a treasure! The comments section surely agrees! Just got a Mamiya C330 so will be using your videos as my guide ✨

But that's clever stuff with winding film in F75. Ifyou take some shots and rear cover comes undone, lets say camera fell or something like that, and your film gets exposed... But pictures taken are saved in the dark!

That was a blast from the past for me, Peter. I bought a Digilux 2 second-hand in 2009 for £250 and used it regularly for a few years. My father bought one too, for about the same price from the same shop. I loved using it and appreciated what we now call the retro-style shutter and aperture controls. After seeing your shots on Flick with this camera, I've been revisiting my old shots and enjoying seeing how they can be reprocessed with more recent software. The image size was 2560*1920 pixels. If I remember rightly the highest capacity SD cards it could use was 2Gb. In the end the control pad and other buttons stopped responding and it had to be taken out of service.
