I’ve owned several Japanese vehicles, as well as serviced them for 20+ years. No matter where they’re built they’ve lasted me 20 years or more. They cost less to own and service. Some of you are right, stay away from CVT. It was an attempt at fuel efficient, reliable propulsion, and failed. But most if not all manufacturers are starting to walk away from it. They all offer non-CVT options. Dollar for dollar the Japanese especially Toyota have gotten it right. Nissan is still not in a good place, but Honda is still a good reliable vehicle to own.

Watched this to see what was sorted "secret"... What a terrible production line. Can't believe this is Toyota in the USA of all places. Whoever that runs this plant should be fired. A big fail for Toyota.

A good vid, however if pricing mentioned for a catalytic converter, coil etc. was in U.S. dollars they seem way low. Cat converters often range from $1,000-$2,000. USD or more as they are often sold as part of an exhaust assembly.

Thanks for sharing this inside look of a state of the art factory. Always amazed by the precision of the robots, the automation with the help of humans. Surprised that Honda reliability has decreased in recent years after watching this.

I have never owned a Harley because outside of the Bronx, they have never designed a machine that held any interest for me. I can see how the rich dildos on the Board of Directors is screwing the brand into the dirt though. It won't be long before they go bankrupt and are bought out by another group of tragically hip Tech billionaires hell bent on nothing but nostalgia.
