I hope you read it till the end because I want to try to give you hope and encouragement❤️ I was and still struggling with mental health. Sometimes I am also suicidal . But there is always one thing, that is trying to distance me and you from these bad thing. That is Jesus. You may think that there is no God. I also did. Even though, the story tells us that we can’t be perfect and that we all struggle, we all sinned. God loves you so much that He sent His only child Jesus to the world. He lived a perfect life and He gave His life on the cross so that He can forgive your sins no matter what you did, when you believe in Him. Personally I struggled with regret. But no matter what you did God can forgive you. Even though you don’t believe in this, I can tell you 100% that - God loves you, you are loved. He doesn’t want to see you sad. - You are chosen - You are important - We need you That was much. Thank you for reading. I pray for peace, warmth, comfort, love and support. You are really important even though you may not think so. I want to say to you that I love you🫶🏻.

Losing a friend this way never stops hurting. Every time it happens, you swear that you’ll never let it happen again. Then it happens again. I’m only 23 and and I’ve already lost 3 close friends this way. Those events have permanently shredded my heart. RIP Connor, Luke, and Zack.

I have live with suicide ideation so it was a complete shock finding out my ex took his life.This man had so much character! he could work a room. He died high and intoxicated. if I knew without a doubt I would help him walk out the darkness

There are no top notch meds around yet against serios mental disorders, but I am positive these are in pipeline. Serios mental disorders are often terminal, life shortening like any other serios disease.
