Cute couple. First, Jose Morales's Boxing Gym is excellent. As for the food, we LOVE the Kauai Sushi Station. I've been eating sushi since I was 17 and my son is a sushi chef here in Las Vegas. We LOVE stopping there for a quick sushi fix.The sushi is fresh and delicious. IMO some of the best sushi on the island. Kenji is fun and the sushi burrit is excellent. We also like JoJo's in Hanalei. The MBI truck is good too. Next trip there, try Tiki Nui for their PB & Bacon burger, SO SAMN GOOD. Its a little expensive, but it's Kauai. So many delicious places to eat; The Dolphin in Hanalei, JO2 in Kapa'a, The Beach House in Poipu to name a few.
