Your schematic shows your are connecting the mosfet (3205) Gate directly to the arduino output port ... that is 5V output. The datasheet specifies RdsOn at 10V ....

I'm thinking about building it too and I was wondering: since you used TechBuilder's Fugu 3.0 as inspiration for your design, did you find and fix/improve anything compared to it? Any tips you have after designing & building this beauty yourself would be very welcome! The project looks great but I don't know enough about electrical engineering to judge it in detail... You seem to be a little more skilled :) I also don't know if it is better to build your design or TechBuilder's, both look awesome!
