The resistor is 2.2k to GND and 1k to the signal pin of the Arduino Uno. You can refer to the diagram I provided; it has been simulated with the correct resistor values.

Some who tested the module say that its range is more than 10 km; do you think it isn't correct?

I think it's entirely possible, provided there are no obstacles. I will experiment with it.
