They are stunning. Still got mine. 1996 driving back from Barcelona to London through Andorra. Picked it up there. An everyday watch. It's been sitting for 10 years and today just got it back fully serviced. Can I ask... did your first one have a shiny back or the matt back as in your video? Mine went for a service with a shiny back. Camee back with a matt back, I wonder if it went shiny with all the wear over 20 years or they should not have polished it back to matt.

I have a real SUB but I also bought one of these replicas from *amzwatch* for piece of mind if I go to another country or if I am doing activities that can damage the watch. I don't see anything wrong with that.

Just by chance I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen a watch that is similar looking to this one but the watch itself rotates around so you can wear it like a bracelet and the other side doesn't look like a regular caseback and you can get something engraved on it. Ever seen a watch like that?

Had to Do at test for my latest GM B2100 GD. Thank God it’s not a fake as I paid huge sum for it and I was afraid as it is my first G-shock. It’s so smooth and eye catching. Surely worth buying. 💯

If you have 7.5 inch wrist get the 45mm, sits flatter on wrist, better proportions micro adjustment (easy to get)and yes no one notices it except you!!

I just had a guy pull up to the sidewalk and said he lost his wallet and needed gas money. He first gave me his gold ring and then his gold necklace. He said he was a millionaire from Saudi Arabia starting a business. I gave him $20 but he said he needed more gas money because he had to go to the consulate which is an 11 hour drive. He then offered his Rolex. He drove me to a bank and he waited in his SUV. I went in the bank and decided to see if there was a way to verify if it was a real Rolex. I still wasn’t sure after reviewing it so searched for Rolex watch scam and found your video. You mentioned that the scammer had a wife and kids in the car and this guy did too. I gave him back his watch, necklace and ring. He got my $20 but nothing else. I thought about keeping all of it but thought that would be stealing. I left him the money in case he really needed it. I've had this watch for years now. I found it in my parent's house years ago. It was in a box with random stuff and it's battery was dead. I thought it was a georgous watch. Do you know how much is it worth now? I am not selling it, just curious to know. In fact I think I'll try to get new batteries and wear this great watch!

This model was also my first entry into Swiss watches. Bought it in the early 90s from a watch shop in Ceasar's Forum Shops Las Vegas (Roman Times?). I think I paid about $400. Submariners were maybe $3k at the time. Out of my price range!

When I was first getting into watches I saw one of these in the wild and man I was impressed from a distance the bracelet seemed perfectly sized the watch seemed to have the perfect golden ratio but after 2 days I went back found the guy wearing it to see if I could buy it but the end links didn't fit correctly the bracelet that was perfect from a distance was stretched and the watch was beat up but I regret not getting it still

I have the same one. University graduation gift from my dad in 2006. Still wear now in 2024 (and counting). Took into Tag for full refurbishment. I totally agree that it's the sentimental value that is priceless. Would never consider selling mine.
