I use electric stove, with 1-9 heat levels, at which be best to sear it with for 2 min each side? After searing do you let it rest for a bit or put right into heated oven?

Good, but if you are going to only sear then maybe put the steak in the oven cause it most of the time is raw, but it depends how you like steak so I’m not the one to judge😊🎉❤

Ingredients: - Tuna 400g - Lime 2 - Soy sauce 6 spoons - Sesame oil 3 spoons - Sesame seed 10g - Salt and pepper 1. Dice the tuna in small cubes 2. Take the juice from 2 limes 3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and the lime juice to your tuna 4. Mix well and add the sesame seed 5. Cover and leave it to rest in the fridge for 10mn 6. Add some salt and pepper 7. Ready to eat, bon appetit !

Love soft shell crabs. Restaurants around me serve it, but I just can't seem to find it at fish markets so I can make my own. UPDATE: I was able to find them FROZEN at an Asian supermarket near me! It's on! 😁
Soft shell crabs are amazing! I’ve noticed that many restaurants serve them, but it’s tough to find them at local fish markets. It might be worth checking with the market if they can special order them, or even look online for seafood suppliers that can deliver them fresh

I ery ipressive. I do something similar, but I freeze my scallops before cutting them, it makes slicing them thin easier. And I don't use Passion fruit or any sweet fruits, but maybe I will incorporate some sweet fruit in the future. Also I add some sliced thin habanero peppers to the lemony marinade. GIves it a piquant flavor! All in all, Scallops Carpaccio is an amazingly delicious and nutritious dish that's perfect for hot weather!
