Thanks for this, it sounds quieter that the RS3 which I like.
I have a 110cc (type RKS easy pro on google and you'll see the bike) and the stock sprockets are 12 front and 36 in the back. I want to change only the front one to 16 sprocket, my question is what will i gain from that and what will I lose with that change ?
honestly i dont know but you will probaly loose torque but gain max speeed but go to that caculator as in the vid
In india 100cc bikes have around 60mph top end why is it slow ?
Hi dude I have a bs3 passion pro (97cc) I upgraded the air filter to a high performance one and retuned the carburettor. Also changed out the sprockets and now it goes 106-107. Tbh I do recommend it
Is the bend of the header pipe different than the stock header pipe? Did you end up staying with the 160 main jet? Thanks!
The bend looks the same to me. The Yoshi pipe is just a bigger diameter. Havent had the time to switch jets out yet, but I think I need to try the 170 main out. sometimes it pops a lil on decel. Keep in mind Im not using the spark arrestor/silencer part
My choice 15-42 for 100 cc cub bike
I make that engine run 84
Best year color! I got the same one but with Empire Exhaust
Just learnt that doing this really eliminates popping. Which is nice but mine had a little pop when shifting up and sume bubbling on decel. That is now gone unfortunately. Was not worth it for me but might be something for somebody
What engine do you have on your bike?
That looks much much better! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏻
Nice job on the video. Looks and sounds great
Thanks!
I did not know that lol
Random question. If I get the reflash on a stock tsx then later down the road get headers I take exhaust etc, do I use to flash pro to tune it for those mods?
Yea the flashpros would work well for retuning your car each time you add a mod
I just got a 18t sprocket for my 110
What front fender is that you have ??
Acerbis Supermoto front fender
How about the 0-60 and mpg if you drive casual 😂
Anybody notice the after the car had more sound. U could hear the exhaust more i thought that was kinda cool too
Yea, the seats probably acted as insulation. I remember you could also hear pebbles hitting the underside more
Just got a tao110 as a fixer-upper, anything above 30mph on the trail is plenty fast for me.
What website exactly is the one you use ? I like how it gives you the percentage. Ty !
sprocketcalculator.com
@@NateAsaurus Ty ! 🙏🏻
Does it look wierd from the side view ?
Nope
Where did you get ur mirrors from ?
amazon lol. Just a 3" universal round mirror
Where did you get that plastic with the headlight?
It's included with it
I have an 06 Tsx could I do the reflash or flashpro if my car is stock ?
Yes, the reflash works on a stock car too. I dont know why you would bother with the flashpro unless you plan on modding in the future
@@NateAsaurus yeah I am eventually going to be putting a turbo in my car. So would you recommend doing the reflash rn and then doing flashpro once turbo is completed ?
@@eliasrodriguez8880 Yea I don't see anything wrong with that. That sounds like a cool project!
@@eliasrodriguez8880 Ive never worked with flashpro, but im pretty sure it can do everything reflash can and more. Maybe just use flashpro to save some money so your not buying stuff twice? just my 2 cents lol
Love the passion never give up
Just wish it covered the dash.
Can you put the link to buy it. I just installed one but had to do extra work to get it done. 🙏🏽
It's on the JNSEngineering website
Thanks
Is there any reason this won't fit on the dr650? I want it lol
I'm not sure. I don't have a Dr650 to compare it to
great video
niceee man. these are pretty expensive used out in toronto area but i always like seeing them on the roads
Yea they are hard to find. They are usually abused or switched to a big turbo
feels really great in your hand
Dang I might lower mine now
I would! Maybe not that low tho. It looses some practicality
Came out pretty clean🔥
Thanks!
Of course a bigger front sprocket reduces torque but one advantage is that you get better mileage I have a 100cc bike before it used to do It used to do 45 km per liter before, when the big front sprocket was installed, now the same bike is giving me a mileage of 57 km per liter.
That's awesome! I didn't think about including that
@@NateAsaurus You can also see the difference in mileage
@@NateAsaurus I get good mileage with the big front sprocket, not only do I not feel tired on long trips and also the engine doesn't heat up.
Thanks man!! Really appreciate it.
Noice
sickkkk
on these bikes i find that putting a bigger sprocket on the front is a must. on all the pit bikes i’ve ridden 1st gear is so slow it’s barely useable
Brother this right here 😂😂😂 your not going nowhere in 1st unless your redlining and even there you’ll get 10-12pm if your lucky it’s crazy… but back to your comment, do you mean front sprocket as in the sprocket that’s connected to your engine?
@@legolas2899I think he does yea
@@legolas2899he does mean the one in the engine
3/8 ratchet but 5/8 socket right?
Yup, it's a 5/8 inch sparkplug socket. I should have mentioned that
Nice video, where can i get that tool set or what's it called? Wanting to change these on my own, thanks.
I got my socket set from Lowes
Great video
Thanks!
You could have gotten the see thru one can't see Inside but you can outside
Yes thats true. I just chose to do vinyl instead of tint so its on the exterior of the windshield, not interior
do i absolutely need the jet kit for a crf 250f
Yes, youll get the full power out of mods that way. Your bike will run too lean without it which can cause overheating issues. Your exhaust also might make pops which is bad
cool video man i just ordered a new front going from a 17 to a 18 tooth i was gonna get a 19 but is afarid there might be some clearance issues so i played it safe
Good choice, things like that can be hard to judge. Hope it works well for ya
Hey so what gains did you see from the 18 tooth?
Question the rubber grommet piece you used to install the yoshi is it from the kit or OEM from the bike?
The one on the Yoshi is included in the Yoshi kit
Double sided tape under your phone holder might help you keep it still
Sick goggles brosky..
Is the carb a 22mm?
I think it's a 24mm
You can buy the DRZ400*E* Petcock - it has ON/OFF/RESERVE works great and get the fuel line to
Yea man, I agree. Just didn't want to spend extra lol
Get a nibbi curb! I'm about ti pick up another SSR for 140$ missing the front wheel carb and magneto cap and the chain. Luckily I ordered the wrong carb for my 125cc so I have a 2ed nibbi carb that's a 22mm I got a 24mm on my 125cc
Where did you get the block off plate? I can’t find one that ships to California
I bought mine from nicecnc .com
Looks and sounds great! I have a 2019 S and have the same rs2 sitting here in a box waiting for my JD jet kit. Did you jet yours already? If so what combo did you end up with? I plan on leaving my spark arrester installed so not sure which main I should start with. 3X3 already done. Great content man, appreciate it.
I'm at sea level so I did 25 pilot with 160 main. About 2.5 turns out on the extended fuel screw. Seems to run good. I will try the 170 main jet as the instructions suggest soon and see how that goes. I haven't been using the spark arrestor at all. Hopefully I hear back on how yours goes!
Im at sea level too. I installed my yoshi 2 years ago with the 25 pilot and the 170 main jet. I knew it was to rick i could smell it. Road it that way for about a year. When i pulled the spark plug to change it it was really black. I reinstalled the factory pilot jet and went to the 160 main jet. It runs so much better. Check your spark plug.
@@kwood55981 Interesting stuff! I hadn't gone to 170 yet, maybe it's not needed after all. Did you use the spark arrestor in your Yosh?
@@NateAsaurus on longer rides I use the spark arrester. Going 55 plus from more then 20 min without the spark arrester the noise becomes annoying. But most of the time I have I out when I'm in town.
@@kwood55981 Ok, that makes sense. I ask because I thought the arrestor may require leaner jetting compared to without
