Dimitri, another reviewer said that it smells similar with Aventus Cologne, which i hate because of that mature, classic old school fragrance type drydown. Another reviewer said it smells more like Bleu de Chanel EDP on the drydown which i love. So what is it? Is it a mature scent Aventus Cologne-like or suited also for the younger crowd?

This one is beautiful and i do love mastic in everything. Mr Vasilis here in Larnaca, Cyprus used to make the most beautiful mastic ice cream ever! And this scent takes me back in my childhood. Nice video!

I bought this from John Lewis. I was looking for a citrus fragrance, but as a fan of the Guerlinade I was looking for one with more creaminess (for example, I like Blenheim Bouquet and Polo Blue but there’s a bit too sharp) The pistachio and iris is very consistent throughout, helping to give its creaminess. Reminds me of holidays in Mallorca.

Just stumbled onto this video whilst looking for "how to pronounce Le Feu d'Issey". You see, it's my most favorite parfum EVER. I luv fragrance, and don't feel completely dressed leaving the house without it, but my skin's natural oils make many frag. turn funny/icky on me very quickly 😞 Esp. florals (which I luv). Spicy scents seem to work better; but aaahh, Le Feu d'Issey! I still have some lotion & half bottle of parfum that I dole out sparingly. At least as far as how many days I wear it, bc when I do, I go all out! I've had ppl on the street ask me what's that delightful smell/awful stench? 😁 (more like it than not, just confused it's something a person is wearing) Issey Miyake was a genius, molded by some horrific times. Will be missed greatly, and should be remembered in the pantheon of brilliant creative minds

I dislike the bottle - i like to see how much perfume is there.This bottle design does not show the level of perfume. Ive still got mine from year 2000 i dont know why they discontinue perfumes when they are popular.

Hello again Dimitri. I wanted to let you know that I got a bottle of Malakeos, in fact, I got a backup as well! Such an interesting fragrance, it seems heavy yet not overpowering or bracing like other fragrances. Most people online seem to say it comes alive in the heat, which I would necessarily think for this scent. Cheers.

Useful. This is a reminder for me to get a backup bottle of SJP Stash. It is priceless. SJP did it right by researching and doing her homework before making this one. It is signature worthy and smells like nothing else to me. As for Ariana Grande Cloud, a great alternative is Red Temptation or Red For Him by Zara. They are, also, a much cheaper alternative. The original 90s formulations from Cosmair were light years ahead of the later (L’Oreal?) batches. I still have a few drops in a 90s bottle which i’d love to replace with a sealed bottle.

I just stumbled across your review and was delighted to find out that they've finally started making Vero's beautiful compositions again. I was fortunate in my very early frag-head days to get a couple of samples from Lucky Scent. Onda is on my list but my goal is to get Rozy first - it was the first rose-centred scent that actually excited me. And honestly, all of Vero's scents were and are just mind-blowing. They are so fully formed and expressive, like a whole person. Thank you for the review!

I hope they never discontinue Antaeus Pour Homme. It’s difficult to get the vintage, but even the current is ok. It’s so unlike other men’s fragrances nowadays. Most men’s fragrances today have that common aqua or citrusy smell, targeted at young men. Antaeus is a mature men’s fragrance. Very unique in my opinion. Especially the vintage.

This is truly unbelievable so glad to see your video and apologies for being so late here. Onda edp is my favourite scent ever. I have been cherishing my bottle and using it sparingly on special occasions or when I really needed a pick-me-up. I did not realize till a few moments ago that they continue to make these. I am familiar...purchased in the 90s, still have 7/8 of the bottle left...batch 3L1A4. It is kept in a fridge with all my others. I have always found it a bit strong for my liking, yet do bring it out every few of years.
