I bought an HP ProDesk 600 G5 SFF Core i5-9500 16GB DDR4 500GB SSD Windows 10 Pro Desktop for $80. I haven't decided which GPU yet. It is for my son to play Roblox and Minecraft. I am using a Dell Optipliplex 7020 SFF i5-4590 with a Radeon R7 450 I bought for $70 total. I don't play games so the 4th gen i5 works great for me. These are great computers for basic gaming and computing. Why spend a lot of money on a PC if you don't need to.

Just some tips for guys building a small form factor pc, try to get a newer or more powerful cpu, you can find some with i5 8500s, make sure u have ddr4 ram with atleast 16gb. Nvmes or ssds are not to expensive and make you pc feel alot snappier and try not to bottle neck your gpu

You can get the controllers apart with just a little force and angling, it's easiest to trim the nubs on the part that comes out, after you have removed it. But I wouldn't recommend digging around blindly with a knife. Just a little elbow grease

Man the rx6400 is kinda cracked in these lp setup, ngl. I think the bottleneck is to be accounted for for both it and the 3050, but that being said, in my market the 3050 is like 3x the value for the amd card, so i guess i'm doing the amd run.

Runs great from the usb. Wont install for me though. I have tried legacy and uefi. I have tried intel i5 and AMD. Nothing. No boot device found

My friend got a Dell Optiplex 5050 sff with i5 7600, I recommended the rx 6400 as it was the only one i could find locally that fits in this pc. I thought it would still suck, but i'm Glad to see it is actually the best card that can actually fit in that PC.

A heads-up for people who are getting a resize error when booting up and _/tmp/resize.log_ says "Secondary partition table overlaps the last partition by _<number>_ blocks!", just use GParted from another Linux distro and click the _check_ option for the _userdata_ partion then apply. It will fix the partition. After that you might have to comment the _autoresize=true_ again. (I kept seeing the error message, but it was already fixed) Anyway, great video! Many thanks!
