Very nice to see you again mate, it's been a while! :) Yeah this is the second kill but I am planning to upload the final moments from first kill with our voice comms! One of our teammates is also preparing a full video of all our PoVs but with very funny editing, so I'll add a link when it's ready. I'll also see what I can cook for Smolderon, I have two kills on him so far but both of them were quite scuffed for me since I am still learning the fight, I don't have very good feeling of the pace yet. But I will certainly add more videos, except Tindral probably since my average fps is 10 in that fight lol...

Hey mate, I decided to take a break from WoW currently, since I don't particularly like neither the state & gameplay of monk in 10.1 nor these new fights. I consider both quite lame honestly as it stands. I could go in great lengths as to why, but I think opening a top log and seeing healing distribution can shed some light as to what I find wrong currently. I only helped some friends with split runs during first few weeks of heroic to give them a head start and that's it. Most likely, I will be uploading videos from Diablo 4 that I am currently playing, specifically Rogue gameplay first. I am still considering the video style I want to go with D4, perhaps something similar to my WoW kill videos with nice music edits and whatnot, so if you enjoyed those hopefully you will find the new ones enjoyable too! But I am still at that point of consideration, I certainly don't like clickbaits and idiotic build videos with titles like "omg, this build is insane, use it before it's nerfed" so I will stay clear from those.

Sadly Vudho is not great when it comes to exporting / importing profiles. For the raid frame colour, you can go to: Panels > Bars > select "Solid" from Bar Colour option and "Vudho Plain White" from bar texture. If selecting solid colour doesn't automatically change it to the grey one I have, then you have to go to Colours tab > Modes and change the colour of "Solid" there. Also go to Colors > States and make sure to tick the left box next to "Custom" which corresponds to Background column. This should probably solve your issue with Renewing Mist not changing colour of frame if you followed all the steps from the video correctly. I have no clue why these options are not coming embedded to the profile I shared, but I hope the above helps you.

@@brokkli While it is difficult to do troubleshooting from afar, if this happens to be your first time setting Vuhdo, I would suggest to do a clean uninstall of it from the WTF folder and then reinstall it but do not import my profile. For the initial setup, I would suggest to search another video that shows you all the basics and the ropes of how to create frames, groups etc. Then after setting up the fundamentals on Vuhdo, you can do the tweaks I mentioned in my previous message as well as what is shown in the video manually. Because it may be something as simple as some version incompatibility that is causing issue or some stuff from my profile that are not getting imported over correctly. I will try it myself this coming weekend to import it on a new character and will see if the import is successful or not.

Greatly appreciate your comment SoI! Mistweaver is definitely one of the harder and more technical healers to play and execute well on, but it has a very fun playstyle if you prefer high octane moments in melee! I am mostly focusing on raids so I hope these videos manage to show gameplay and be educational enough!

Thanks man! I don't think healing roster matters as much in this particular fight as push times. Nowadays people have BiS and that new Onyx Amulet ring so we end up skipping important parts that maybe some other groups don't. Here, for instance, I am losing one extra application of Chi-Ji in p1 during bombs after fourth push-back that we always skip these days, or in last phase at the very end of the video we don't get that very last wave to pad more with all active HoTs, or in p2 we push absorb shield too fast so you don't get to further inflate numbers with your Chi-Ji during first and third shield. Roster can be an issue to a certain extent when there are many frequent CDs that you have to assign and someone has to sacrifice their own ramps, but this is precisely why we avoid bad compositions that suck for everyone! We like big numbers and we give everyone their time to shine on reclears! But regardless of what a parse looks like at the end of a kill, you can always check my total throughput (which includes overhealing) to gauge hps and performance, you will notice that I try to consistently keep it above 200k which I consider a good ball-park to aim for. That's also why I link a picture of total throughput instead of actual one in my recent parse videos because I find more value in that number over a lucky parse. As for our healing assignments, they are all done beforehand by our officer on a spreadsheet. It's just me that I choose to show personal note instead of all healing CDs simply because I want to quickly track my own stuff and prepare the setup for them, e.g. hold a TFT for a few seconds if I can overlap it with Chi-Ji, or gauge when to best use EF to refresh Ancient Teachings for upcoming Chi-Ji, or gauge whether I should use Sheilun Gift's stacks or hold them etc.

Hey mate, I assume you mean the green-coloured health bar when Renewing Mist is active on the target, correct? If so, then you have to basically set Renewing Mist as debuff under the "Debuffs" section of Vuhdo and then assign a bar colour to it.

Search on wago "ReM Tracker Dragonflight " by user Vohrr. It is a pretty useful WA in order to min-max the Vivify cleaves. With 7 and above ReMs it is typically when Vivify cleaving is mathematically efficient to give prio to it over kicking. But don't get discouraged to Vivify with less ReMs than that for spot-healing purposes when required.

Early progress on that boss a little bit annoying until tanks figure out the movement around the arena, but after you hit phase two a couple of times, it is very easy and it can go down any pull.

Hey Karen, thank you very much! :) indeed, during the kill I have the Idol and Whispering Icon as equipped trinkets and 2 normal rings with high haste equipped, the Onyx Amulet is not used in this video. I discuss a little bit about that new ring in the description. As I mention there, I believe that in many cases the Onyx Amulet is a minor increase but it depends a lot on your current haste and gameplay. Since haste is the only stat that has an exponential growth (in other words, the more you have the better), things can get complicated when you have to replace a ring with very high haste and a socket (in addition to using the Idol). In your case, if you are replacing a ring with mastery / versa, then it most likely is going to be an hps increase, so go for it! Frankly, the Onyx Amulet seems to be good for most fights currently that don't have great Chi-Ji windows or frequent raid-wide burst damage patterns (e.g fights like Sennarth, Eranog, Dathea etc where you can't get the most out of the extra haste). On the other hand, Mythic Rasza is a unique case since it is a long fight and damage happens very frequently, hence haste works much better here, especially in phase 2 during absorb shield where a big healing inflation happens. But as a disclaimer, these are just my observations from analysing my own logs during progression, I cannot say that the same applies for everyone given that your secondary stats and gameplay affect a lot the outcome. I just noticed higher highs in total throughput with extra haste from my normal socketed ring, but also lower lows when I didn't play it well. While with the Onyx ring equipped, I noticed better average results but diminished highs. But as I said earlier, if you are not replacing a ring with haste + socket, then by all means use the Onyx Amulet. It is haste that is causing all these issues...

Currently I'm trying to get my haste up (it's only 26% when I have the haste rune or whatever it's called), so I need all the advice I can get lol, it seems that I should get the idol crafted then. @@karenescobar9540 Yeah the howling rune, my haste is about 40% with it currently and goes higher with full stacks of Idol, that's why things get more complex and I am torn regarding this new ring... I wish they gave it either secondary stats or main stat to make it an absolute increase without having to bother thinking too much about it...!

I saw you use idol of dreamer and others use alchemist stone aswell, when would you recommend dropping a broodkeeper for idol of dreamer is there a certain amount of ysemeralds that is required to do it? @@michaelaltree1033 Trinkets currently are a complex topic because there are many good options out there and it is quite complex to simulate the dynamic changes of haste and its exact influence on healing over the course of a long fight, not impossible but very tedious process. Regarding the various trinkets you see in logs page, keep in mind that in many cases people use what they have at their disposal. As you know, both the Whispering Icon and the Broodkeeper's Promise have atrociously bad drop rates and many healing specs are after them too, so it comes down to rng whether you get them or not. Depending on the stat weights you set, the haste Alchemist Stone can be better than the Idol under certain circumstances and can result in high highs, but the average performance of it suffers due to lack of static main-stat (since it's rng whether you get proc during good windows or not). Due to the amount of casts per minute in mistweaver's kit, with all the various sources of healing, with how your mastery works and how your big healing CDs function, I consider main-stat trinkets better options. Whispering Icon is by far the best trinket if I account the fact that it helps my entire team and not just me. For the second trinket I think Broodkeeper's Promise and Idol are both great choices with Chillglobe being a wildcard option that can be good option in long fights if you get good value out of the bonus mana. I cannot say with certainty what is best after Icon. If you use your own custom stat weights based on your logs, you can get closer to the right answer. Personally I don't like Broodkeeper's that much because it's very prone to overhealing which greatly diminishes its value, let alone the 15yard requirement that I don't like to think about on certain bosses. Brood Promise however can be very strong when there is a lot of ticking damage like Kurog and Dathea so you can make use of that there. Both Idol and Alchemist Stone are close so I personally use Idol for better average results. In short, use the best of what you have, but in a world where you have all options available, things get complex and you have to set custom stat weights or use what makes more sense for that particular fight. Lastly, don't forget that main stat and haste have offensive benefits too, so that's another consideration.

Hello Farg0st! The panel on the right of the screen that shows my planned CDs is part of the addon called "Method Raid Tools". In this addon, you have that "note" utility where you can write the timing, ability ID and player name to have them appear like mine. You can set it up to show timers for any spell you want or even items (e.g. a healthstone reminder). It's pretty handy for setting up your group's CDs. But you also need the weakaura called "Kaze ERT Timers Icons" which is effectively the one that makes the icons appear at the top of my screen when the time is right.

Thanks mate! Indeed, I am not using primordial stones in this video. When they came out earlier in the day they were very weak, then about 20 minutes before our raid started, I saw the post that many stones got buffed, then after the raid finishes, I see another post with more and more changes. Frankly speaking, I don't know how they manage to turn an item that they intend it to be an upgrade into such a controversial and ambiguous story, where for some classes & specs is huge upgrade, while for others a loss. I would recommend you wait until the weekend when they will hopefully be done with the constant hotfixes and we can have a clearer picture on what combo performs the best.

Hey Bhikkhu, nice to see you around and I hope you are feeling better now! Let me preface this by saying that the Sheilun / Shaohao build is the better option in almost all fights (save for Primal Council where you simply spin-to-win on your faeline).My Dathea video is from a time when I was still experimenting with different builds so it is dated. If I were to re-progress that fight right now, I would certainly use Sheilun build. About the changes, the long story short is that there has been a series of buffs that have made all our healing more potent but especially Vivify cleave-healing, so more emphasis is put around Vivifies. As such, since you spend more time casting Vivifies, Faeline started losing its ground. Also, since Vivify cleave-healing is relying on having sufficient number of Renewing Mists out, we have dropped Upwelling (which forced TFT to be used with EF) and instead we use TFT on our Renewing Mists to create better windows for our Vivify cleaving. And of course, the Shaohao's Lessons buffs are just too good and compliment everything in your build, so that's the cherry on top. For Kurog specifically, that's one fight where both Faeline and Sheilun builds can work well depending on circumstances, but nowadays that people are overgeared and you push phases too fast, Sheilun build will have an edge, so I'd recommend going with that. Faeline build used to be good for progression earlier this tier since people were stacking a lot of mastery besides haste and there were good Chi-Ji windows where the Gust of Mists healing could carry your healing. But now with more gear the fight has become shorter and the healing requirements lower. Also, people opt for Haste + Crit build instead of mastery, since Crits better compliment your Vivifies and your overall healing outside of your Chi-Ji, so there is also that. Unfortunately, we have been skipping Kurog in recent weeks to go straight to Raszageth progression so I don't have a recent vod to upload on it, but after we are done with progression and focus more on reclears, I will get to upload more videos demonstrating the Sheilun build on the rest of the fights! For now I'd recommend you try to adapt to Sheilun since this is something that will carry over to 10.1 too.

@@BmiestTV Hi Bhikkhu! It is certainly not an easy build to play optimally and the extra casts that are added to the rotation due to this ability certainly introduce a certain degree of awkwardness. For starters, I would say that the best way to start getting accustomed to it is to only use it as a buff to your Chi-Ji and Revival by casting it before you use your big healing CDs. Once you nail that down, you can certainly use it a bit more aggressively and more frequently as an extra healing button. However, that second part of min maxing it is also the more difficult part, I cannot even say that I have mastered that second part myself for all fights. You can only min max it by repeatedly reclearing fights and getting used to dmg flow and the timers. There is also a new trend that has started recently with the 10.0.7 and the addition of "Legacy of Wisdom" where people drop one point from Misty Peaks and put it into that new talent, as well as picking Veil of Pride over Shaohao's Lessons. That way you turn your Sheilun's Gift into a frequent and powerful aoe heal button that you use irrespective of any of your main CDs and has an easier execution. I haven't tried it yet myself, but there is potential it might end up being even more potent option considering that it doesn't rely on rng buffs.

Hey mate, I explain quite thoroughly in the description of my previous Broodkeeper video about it if you'd like to check it out, but the long story short is that you take advantage of the "Escape from Reality" talent from the general Monk tree, which amplifies your Vivifies to yourself and significantly reduces its mana cost for 10 seconds after using Transcendence. You also make sure to further boost these Vivifies with Sheilun's Gift. It's useful in preserving your mana during long fights where you lack external mana resources. In this video I just took it to extremes for fun!

Indeed, getting enough ReMs out there can be problematic at times since there is a big element of rng with Dancing Mists talent. As I have commented elsewhere, the best thing you can do to help yourself regarding that matter is to always use your ReM on a full-health target so that it instantly jumps to another target and have that extra chance that this initial jump might instantly cause a duplicate ReM through Dancing Mists talent. The other thing is to try and prioritise melees over ranged for your ReMs since the jumping range of ReM is only 20y and there are many notorious ranged dps players with a strong tendency of standing in North Pole...

Hey mate, we plan these CD timers with my group beforehand to cover specific mechanics, the countdown itself of the WA is based on the combat timer that begins when you pull the boss and it starts the countdown when you are close to reach that combat time. However, the exact timing is always rough guess for certain bosses, because it so happens that you sometimes push a phase faster so that throws off a little bit all subsequent CD timers.These WA indicators are just a soft reminder and require constant tinkering to display things accurately. But in some cases we may have verbally discussed a change to a CD and I may have forgotten to change it on the note to reflect that and use it by memory. For instance, in this video I use the last revival at 7:13 instead of 7:58 due to a change we made in our planning, but I forgot to change the timer in the note to show it correctly. While for the Chi-Ji prompt at 2:42, it is a mere personal reminder in that specific case to use it for the next damaging part.

If mana is not a concern, then directly healing low-health targets with Vivify will always be more potent option. Hey mate, the "marks to <insert symbol>" is a WA that many groups are using for this mythic mechanic. But effectively you need 2 WAs to make this work: For the text in the middle that you asked, the WA's name is "Dathea teleprompter marks (universal)" which simply prompts you to drop the debuff at the specified place. But in order to make this previous WA work, you need another WA called "Dathea Mythic Infoframe (Raidleader)" which automarks and sets the priority of where to drop the debuff.

Yeah, I already mention it in the description that this is a known trick and that there are shortcomings to it in fights you need Transcendence for its utility. I know about the interaction with Innervate but didn't plan ahead for it since the one boomie assigned for my innervate was on adds for first half. But, indeed, for the Innervate at around 6:40 I could have utilised the way you suggest, this is definitely something that can be better planned in our future reclears. This is a pretty unrefined demonstration of the trick since it was the first time using it here and the kill itself is unrefined too given the near wipe at the end. Mind you, I didn't even use the second mana pot here since I was distracted by the higher than usual mana pool during the last phase so there are things to reflect on. But now that there is a comparison point, I can adjust that last Chi-Ji application a bit earlier and expend more Vivifies on triage-healing until the mana pool is drained. Dying with 22% mana and available mana pot is surely shamefur dispray. There is no doubt that in the current iteration, triage-healing with Vivify will truly yield more hps than some inevitable overhealing with Escape from Reality, but it certainly becomes a question of fight duration and resources at your disposal. Knowing that I didn't have Chillglobe trinket at the time, BElf racial, Source of Magic or Blessing of Winter, I had to plan around it and find a way to sustain my mana while maintaining good throughput, so I took this approach. You certainly sacrifice some Ancient Teachings healing in the process given that you resort to more casts but it is inevitable given the aforementioned circumstances. Judging from the footage, some merit to it is that during instances of micro-stuttering dmg (95% to 100% health swinging) it may help in Dancing Mists procs to make up for some of the inevitable losses from AT.

Yeah that part with spreading enough ReMs can be a bit of rng but to help your case always make sure you use your ReM on a full health target so that it jumps instantly and have that extra chance to spread it with a lucky proc from Dancing Mists.

What I do is always cast it on myself, that way it always goes onto another target and as he says it can proc and you'll get a lot in no time.

As for the Vivify spam, please read the description I have written in this video where I explain in length how it works. But long story short is that you take advantage of the "Escape from Reality" talent from the general Monk tree and you further amplify these Vivifies with Sheilun's Gift / Shaohao's Lessons.

I have also updated my personal WAs that I have added in the links to track the uptime of the Escape from Reality buff (as well as Shaohao's lessons that I wasn't tracking previously). This trick will naturally work much better in fights where there is frequent ticking damage and your Renewing Mists end up spreading to more targets, for example Kurog. I will probably upload the Kurog reclear where I use that same trick so that people can have more examples of how it is used in practice.

@@89skygunner It certainly comes down to personal preference for Vivification. I appreciate seeing if it is up or not as it currently appears in my UI to get a quick cast out there when needed, however, I never plan my Vivify spamming around Vivification itself. If it is up at the time and the next proc is coming soon, then it's just a nice bonus on top. I think that after you watch my next video (it will be up in the next few hours), where I will demonstrate a very interesting example of Vivify spamming, you will see why I don't prioritize tracking upcoming Vivification procs.

Hi Maggie, thanks for your kind comment! Indeed, this is way before Sheilun's and Shaoshao were added. Given the nature of the fight, the Faeline build will always be better on this particular fight so if you are aiming to maximize your throughput, definitely go for Faeline. Theoretically, you could fit Sheilun and Shaoshao with Faeline if you skip Misty Peaks and Upwelling and there are quite a few logs of people in the top 100 doing that, but I don't see the reason to it since you lose value from not picking other talents. Personally, I think that the low-effort spin-to-win build that uses Spinning Kick spam on Faeline and simply spams TP - BoK during Chi-Ji to maximize the CD reset you get from Jade Bond is probably the best one for this fight. It's quite niche though since you ignore casting many things including Renewing Mists and even RSK, you just refresh your Ancient Teachings with Faeline and make sure to use Essence Font before Chi-Ji. @@ambroze88 Oh yeah, don't get discouraged about that toxic trend of declines in m+, it has been the case for every MW since the start of the tier and for some reason it still happens even for keys you have already timed. Part of the problem is also that there are not many MWs out there relative to other healers so people don't know what to expect from them since they are unfamiliar.

Hi Weldon! So here is the color coding I use in my Vudho frames: Red is for Enveloping Breath (tracking this since application is proximity based and I want to avoid overlapping it as much as possible), purple at centre-top is essence font, light green at top-right is Renewing Mist and yellow at bottom-right is Enveloping Mist. As for the the green health bars, it indicates that the person has a Renewing Mist on him. I find it easier that way to track who has it and who doesn't in the heat of the moment to avoid overlapping applications, but it also gives me a good grasp based on how many green health bars I see to assess whether I can get good cleaves from Vivify spamming or not. As for range indicator, Vudho has a built in one that you can base it to the range of any of your spells. In this fight and due to the strategy that was used, we were almost always in close proximity, but if you check my other videos (Broodkeeper + Dathea in particular) you can see how the frames fade out when we are further away.
