Dealing with this issue right now! Sled only tops out at 7500 rpm under wot. 2016 pro rmk 800. Sled only has 1300km will be trying everything.

Buyer beware, Polaris engineering and manufacturing quality control is going down hill. 2024 RMK and Khaos yes to the video sleds do not include rail caps, and the hyfax extends beyond the end of the rail beam. Without a rail tip, the track clips can hammer on the front of the exposed hyfax, causing issues with hyfax retention and/or rail tips stabbing through a track window. There are many videos on RUclips with riders having the hyfax torn off. Very sad for the customers.

What did you honestly think was going to happen when you put a torch down in the end to all of that plastic? What in the hell were you trying to do in the first place? If trying to add heat to a bolt they make induction heaters that will do that without burning in the whole plastic housing down at the same time.

Just a fyi for viewers: in stock form no triple has ever been slower than an early years XLT and no 700 triple was anywhere as fast at the SRX.

RPM makes a great ti can for the 9R. Mine sounds great, quieter than Diamond S. I won't buy those ceramic coated cans, they just rust.

Dielectric grease on all connections is cheap insurance …even with that I still had stator connector melt - no heat grips / tail light - cut the pugs off and crimped the stator wires together and replaced voltage regulator connectors ..all good

Ngk part number 95521 is solid topped, ngk part number 3923 has the screw together top.
