Hi, I’m Jennifer. I am an award-winning Anxiety Therapist and Specialist, based in England, with over 30+ years of experience helping others create and achieve their goals and live their lives free from anxiety.
It is my mission to prove that no one needs to struggle with anxiety disorders and mental health challenges. I use this channel to ensure that everyone can access free resources if they are unable to attend therapy sessions. I also have a whole load of additional resources in the descriptions of each video.

I feel that way when I run out!!
I get this before my exams my legs pain very much and this continues even if I relax my brain... once it gets started it does not end and it gets cure when I wake up next morning😢

I never feel anxious after drinking.
It's interesting to hear different perspectives on how alcohol affects anxiety. For many people, alcohol can initially seem to reduce anxiety, but over time, it can often lead to increased anxiety and other issues. Thanks for the video. I was wondering if it was possible to be in the parasympathetic nervous system, be in a calm place, be settled for some time, but still experience these pains and weaknesses?
These anxious pains should ease when we are in the parasympathetic state, however if you are struggling, try some movement too a walk or a run. There are lots of videos on my channel about how to activate your parasympathetic state, I hope you get some relief 🙏

Anxiety is an emotion. You are the best. I hear that mimicking symptoms help us to get over Anxiety. I hate the tremors I get and palpitations. I get sensitive to heat or cold temperatures. My bodies feels dysfunctional. Would you do a video on how to cure Anxiety in general. Foods we should eat. I quit alcohol. My neurologist thinks sleep apnea created my Anxiety.
