Hello Rhonda! Both of my gardens pretty much failed this year, mostly because I didn't get the greens in early enough and I direct sowed the tomatoes instead of growing them in pots first. We're going through a drought and extremely hot weather here in VA so that's not helping either. Take care sweet friend and stay cool! 🩷🩷🩷

Hello Ruth! I hope you do start a trash journal. The pages can all be from paper bags if you want, it really doesn't matter since most of it will get covered up. I love my trash journals because I don't have to take them a seriously as I take my art and collage journals, although I love working in them all! I'd love you to start a trash journal so I can see the products you have in Australia! 🩷🩷🩷

Gathering materials as we speak, a couple of brown paper bags, a white paper bag and a shopping bag may form the baseline for this journal-to-be. I think it is going to be fun. 😊😊

Darcy, it sounds brutal down there. I'm at the cabin right now. The evenings have been going down to 60 and we haven't had to use the AC yet because of the wonderful breeze up here. We are going back to the flat lands in a couple days and I'm really not looking forward to the excessive heat. When it's so stinking hot I just do a 25 minute exercise video instead of walking. 🩷🩷🩷

This heat is brutal for this time of year. I hate being cooped up in the house with the shades drawn! At least here at the cabin we have everything open and have a lovely breeze coming through. If you have to stay inside at least that gives you time to create! 🌞🩷🌞

That's so funny about your can Debbie. Is she a little chubby or are you strict about her diet. Sometimes I give Holly a few extra treats just to keep her quiet. I know, I'm a bad cat mom but she definitely is not overweight. I used to have a dog that would run into the kitchen every time he heard us get the cutting board out because he loved fruit and veggies! 🩷🩷🩷

No, our cat is not chubby at all. She's quite small. She's just so funny though when it comes to even hearing the cupboard or fridge open. :) We give her treats a lot too.

Hello Linda! Salvation Army has lots of thrift shops in Virginia still. I'm not sure about other states though. It is definitely one of my favorites places to thrift because our Goodwill stores are ridiculously expensive so I refuse to go in them anymore. 🩷🩷🩷
