The REVO6 addresses a critical need in the lawn care industry by offering a safe and equipment-friendly mowing accessory for consumers who face challenges with traditional metal lawnmower blades.
Traditional lawnmowers lack alternatives to metal blades, creating a rigid cutting environment when encountering hard or stationary objects hidden by tall or dense grass and other growth. This often leads to damage to blades, decks, shafts, spindles, and, in some cases, permanent engine damage. Moreover, metal blades pose serious safety hazards for users, leading to accidents resulting in severe injuries, mutilation, and even fatalities.
BSC's development of the REVOV6 revolutionizes the lawnmowing industry by replacing steel lawnmower blades with a flexible assembly that utilizes our proprietary line, ensuring safe and efficient mowing on ALL types of lawnmowers. Extensive design and field testing have demonstrated the product's robustness and effectiveness.

Metal Blade vs. REVO6: Mowing Safety Showdown
That setup probably won't throw rocks around like a metal blade does, that's another level of safety along with protecting feet. There will be lives saved I'm sure
Cost is to high fyi ,
How are you hurting yourself or your loved ones with a mower????
Sounds like it’s going to fall apart
Would like to see cut quality in wet grass
Put a carrot under it
This is for cutting your grass every day,not once a week...
What happens when the sting shortens amd your missing a stripe down the middle
Good day, @rileytisue7014, thanks for the engagement. That situation would be approximately 9 hours into your mowing time, so it would be a good time for a water break and to add new REVOline, before you get back to your mowing. Thanks, BSC Team
Add some exhaust.
Does this guy come in an action figure?
I'd try this, however the cost of your little invention is rather high for my 54" mower. The cost of your invention is rather minuscule compared to what you're asking, deck head, string, $258, I'll pass. If you'll make it affordable I may try it, but my mower blades get sharpened once a year and I'm not under my deck.
It’s a good idea for homeowners 👍
Cool style 💪
Sounds worse honestly, and the engines are designed to have the weight of the blade for balance. Take a blade off a push mower and fire it up, see for urself. This product isint even as usefull as the weed whacker ya wanna turn mowers into. Swing and a miss.
Now just replace the strings with high powered lazers and it be even quieter and never have to place em 😅
Sounds broken
I have that exact mower, 729BT6, I don’t see how this is a better solution to actual metal blades. I actually have 2 61” Grasshoppes units, I keep around 18 acres manicured. I cannot keep blades sharp. I appreciate the thought into this, but I can’t see it being a reasonable solution. The decks are made for vacuum and airflow. Without it, the grass won’t be pulled up to make contact with the blades.
shhh just listen: *BRRRRRRRRRRRR*
Its louder😂 and ill have to replace it very often, no thanks
Sounds the same
Welcome to headache Island
I have owned a lawncare business for the past 30 years, you would spend more time redoing trimmer line than you would cutting the grass.
This will reunion your lawn won’t give a nice clean cut and grass will go brown and infection could set in your grass and it will suffer
I just don’t hit the rocks
Guy really trying his hardest to sell his weedeater blades water main? My god
Can you use normal weedeter string
Good evening, @1998ck, thanks for the question. You can use a commercial grade trimmer line that is .155 or larger, but we will not stand behind the results. Thanks again and have a Blessed night. BSC Team
Nevels! These look outstanding!
Good evening, Elvin! Thanks for the accolades and great to hear from you! Have a Blessed evening my friend! Nevels
Looks good How long do the strings last?
Good afternoon, @knivesloveliberty9329, Thanks for your interest and inquiry. Line replacement frequency varies based on lawn conditions and obstructions, but under normal conditions, the current REVOline typically lasts for approximately 9 hours of mowing before needing replaced. The REVOline comes pre-cut in 10.5” lengths, offering approximately 24 inches of cutting length when inserted. We are conducting R&D on new and improved REVOline and we are excited about the unique design that works directly with the REVO6 2.0 for increased retention, and it is providing extended durability and improved cut quality. We invest a great deal of time in the R&D and field testing to ensure that we have a great vs good product, but it does not look like we will have it ready for this 2024 season but should have it user ready for 2025. Thanks again for your engagement and you can check out our website for more details, packages, and pricing at: safemowing.com/#packages Keep us posted on any other questions or assistance we could provide. Have a Blessed evening. BSC Team
this makes sense, a rock would destroy a lawn mower.
How much for a 52" Snapper ztr?
So explain why you had to take the metal mower blades off of your mower to put the strings on? If they work so good, why wouldn’t they be on in the first place
Never need a blade again. Just throw away tractor or mower and purchase a echo weed wacker at home depot. 😂
I like the ingenuity, but for me, something like a wheeled trimmer with 20” swath and like .155” line, makes more sense than running trimmer line under the deck. But again, in general I love seeing people take fresh looks at longstanding practices to see if meaningful improvement can be made
It's seconds to check the area you are about to mow and not be lazy and get off the operators seat. Common sense 101
ahh yes the mover blade that lasts 1 below average stick impact
Ok, a few things are wrong with your video. I have been using a craftsman weedeater trimmer head on my mower with 130 line for over 24 years. 1st. You didn't say how far that you went on each mower. 2nd. You didn't show what the lines looked like still attached after you were done cutting. 3. You didn't cut very tall grass.
Can u do a test gitting an obstical? Very interested in putting yhem on my fleet of kubota z222s
God forbid you hit a rock
I was going to say the same thing. One well placed rock and every string would be shredded.
I like the part where he shows us what happened after he runs over the rocks
is it a star shaped mount
Good morning, @peterfejarang6677, Thanks for your interest in our REVOsafe™ technology and for your inquiry. We tried to select an initial center hole that would accommodate the majority of deck and ZT mowers which is a 5/8 (.625) center diameter. We have a bushing/washer/spacer kit that brings the hole down from the 5/8 (.625) to a 3/8 (.375) hole for a fit on the majority of push mowers. Likewise we selected the most common blade hole types to build our “spacers” for and we currently have in our inventory the: 3/8 (.375) round hole , 5/8 (.625) round hole, 4-point bow-tie, 5-point star, 6-point star, 7-point star and S-shaped spacers for ease of conversion. Thanks again for your interest and we look forward to having you possibly join us in the Blade Solution REVOlution! Check out our website at: safemowing.com/#packages for more information, packages, and pricing. Do not hesitate to keep us posted on any other questions you may have. Have a Blessed week. BSC Team
This is just stupid. If your busting up a lot of blades due to rocks and crap then get a flail mower they are amazing when it comes to real world mowing. This thing is going to be just like a string trimmer, it won’t handle brush, the strings have zero lift, and it won’t grind up the cuttings. This doesn’t address the issue of the line being fixed and requiring you to stop and change it out every few minutes! This is the worst of both worlds!
No, lawn mowers have light weight flywheels and the won’t operate right without the blades extra weight
I have 2 42 inch mowers and a 50 inch so do you have those for those mowers one of them is made by a.y.p and the other 2 are made by Husqvarna All of the blade spindle s are the 5 Star pattern
@robertmailhos8159, Good morning, Thanks for your interest in our REVOsafe™ technology and for your inquiry. The REVO6 2.O will work on both of your 42” deck mowers and your 50” as well, all with the 5-point star pattern blade hole. We tried to select an initial center hole that would accommodate the majority of deck and ZT mowers. We have a bushing/washer/spacer kit that brings the hole down from the 5/8 (.625) to a 3/8 (.375) hole for the majority of push mowers. Likewise, we selected the most common blade hole types to build our spacers with and our inventory currently includes the: 3/8” (.375) & 5/8 (.625) rounds, 4-point, 5-point, 6-point, 7-point, and S-shaped. We will continue to expand our size accommodations and blade hole types as we scale, but this is our capability of matches as of today. Thanks again for your interest and we look forward to having you join us in the Blade Solution REVOlution! Check out our website at: safemowing.com/#packages for more information, packages, and pricing. Do not hesitate to keep us posted on any other questions you may have. Have a Blessed day! Thanks, BSC Team
This is a good example of a solution to a problem no body has
Solution to a problem that doesn't exist. A 2hp string trimmer breaks the string in 2 minutes a 20+ hp mower breaks the string while installing a new string Can we see a video of it cutting grass?
What’s wrong with the one that came on the mower 🤔
Lmao this is a stupid idea
It doesn't have the kick up the blade does, so it's pointless without the chute open. The blade acts like a fan blade moving an re cutting grass
I fix and sell lawnmowers I wonder what customers would think if I put those things on them
Metal mower blades eat sticks. Sticks eat string. WINNER: Meal Mower Blade
