INDAG develops, designs and manufactures dynamic inline mixers for mixing fluids for food and chemical industry or environmental technology. Our mixers are used in the industries: food, confectionery, dairy industry, beverages, chemicals, sewage technology, cosmetics, vegetable oil, plastic and more. The mixers are used for emulsifying, dispersing, mixing, dissolving, boiling, diluting, aerating, foaming and grinding. The portfolio of our inline mixers offers a variety of shear rates: from very gentle mixing to intensive mixing to emulsifying/dispersing.

In this video we show how to mix white chocolate and chopped nuts with an INDAG Solid-Liquid Inline Mixer.
Process Description
The white chocolate is fed into the solid-liquid inline mixer at 37-40°C by an external pump. The nuts are fed into the mixer through a solid feeder (dosing scale).There could be two or more solid streams at the same time. Typical solids can be: cornflakes, cocoa powder, chocolate pieces, crunchy flakes, raisins and many more.
The rotating mixer is feeding the product by a helical screw and mixing by rotor and stator elements at the same time. Mixing procedure is very gentle. Chocolate is very sensitive to heat and shear. The temperature can be regulated by the doub...
