Please look into Manukah before you tell unsuspecting people that they are building nice homes. We all have to be careful what we put out there, especially when you have a large following. There has to be more about the truth than just blogging. Look at what they sell investors at Pyramid point!

I understand that you are only selling, but the same developers that are building these homes built Pyramid Point, and it's a mess. The homeowners there are dealing with tremendous mold problems, walls crumbling, sewage smells, leaking roofs, and electrical and plumbing problems. The houses look good until you buy them, and now you have a host of ongoing problems that are not being addressed. I bought one of these homes along with so, so many others, and we are suffering with all the headaches and no solutions that have worked . They can build as many homes as they want but be upfront and fix all of the problems at Pyramid Point . We have spent so much money and in was in good faith just to feel scamed.

Not all that glitters is gold. These Developers will sell you what you think you're getting until you close and once in the NIGHTMARE beings. The residents at Pyramid Point have been dealing with severe mold issues, water issues, plumbing, electrical, and a host of other problems. Be aware.

Viewers, be careful buying a home from this developer. Not saying not to buy from them, but before you do, check out pyramid point and great pond. Pyramid point is the same design as this home and more than 90% of the homes has mold. The homes are not built right and have a lot of issues. The developer is telling homeowners to buy dehumidifier to get rid of the mold. They knew of the issues and did not disclose it to unsuspecting homeowners. Some homeowners have to leave their homes because of the mold. Please do your research before buying from them because once they get your money, you have almost no recourse because no one want to take them on. Book at stay on Airbnb in pyramid point, walk around and talk to the neighbors and find out for yourself. You will live to regret not doing so!
