Is oak estate a good investment for Airbnb and short term..I’m more a north coast girl..just curious..sounds like Kemtek is also a little pricier than GDL

These are very expensive properties to buy so people need enough time to get certain things together it's not only the deposit you have to come up with now they're very expensive fees so people need more time
