Kemtek social media pages have indicated that the royal and vista is sold out and few units left for the colony. Dem frenz buy out these houses before they even started to advertise or finish build. I was enquiring from I noted construction and when I contacted the office they say they are not for sale yet but someone had already told me that they were being sold. This was from around June

So y the Vista sounds to be basic while the Royal appears to be much more nicer pantry walk in closets etc. The Vista is just as expensive so the same modern designs and finishing should be a part of both units!

The Royal is for 35mil and the Vista is for 26mil

Oh no walk in closet in the vista and based off previous development no pantry like the Royal, however there will be adequate cabinet space…the real deal for the vista I would say is the living and dinning area

@therealestatespot4846 so that means it's a no for the Vista it doesn't have the same features as the Royal? Well if that's the case that is really not right because it's just as expensive. Did Kemtek saw what New Era did? Both their units had similar features. As a developer yuh caan have one particular unit having better features, not right Kemtek! So tray ceilings and recess lights are only a part of the Royal too??
