Viewers, be careful buying a home from this developer. Not saying not to buy from them, but before you do, check out pyramid point and great pond. Pyramid point is the same design as this home and more than 90% of the homes has mold. The homes are not built right and have a lot of issues. The developer is telling homeowners to buy dehumidifier to get rid of the mold. They knew of the issues and did not disclose it to unsuspecting homeowners. Some homeowners have to leave their homes because of the mold. Please do your research before buying from them because once they get your money, you have almost no recourse because no one want to take them on.

Why have they used some type of grey filter when filming inside the house. Why is the house not been dressed with furnishings. The house is still not complete with garage door missing and wiring hanging from the ceiling. It’s a show home, let’s see it as that. On the basis of that video, 520k is a hard sell in this tough economic climate.
I'm sure if someone has half a million usd to purchase this home high light bill wouldn't be an issue as they could obviously afford it..yall just find fault in everything
