Hey the garden area not being landscaped is one of my biggest expenses and headaches. I cannot understand why the cannot even put dirt down, it will take at least a year for mine to come to life. Can I ask what nursery you get your plants from?

Hi Ian, this home is in Phase 3. They are building Phase 4 and 5. I am not sure of the construction timeline on those phases, but they are sold out.
