I am happy I finally finished it! I will not play it for a while I think. It took a lot of hard work to beat it. Super Mario World was easy compared to SMB3.

Where'd you find the music you're using for this run? When I played this game (which was a few years back at this point) the music was Midi versions of what's in this run...

Man, this is so cool! A friend of mine showed me this game because we were both fans of Roahmythril's videos. Then I showed it to some other friends who enjoyed Danmaku and then one of them freaked out when they realised this game was made by you, because apparently you made some other cool shmups in game maker! I always beat Bowser with a fire flower. I did not want him to plummet himself into the pit. It felt like a disappointment.

As much as I love this game I was never a fan of the SNES version of the music it sounded way too Synthesized and sometimes outta tune if that makes sense, i think they shoulda had the option of choosing the original music or the SNES version

Is it just me, or is the button to get you out of Kakusei mode sometimes unresponsive? I always end up pressing it a few times and never quite knowing if it will activate or not. Is it relative to holding down the normal shoot button?
