I take LDN for an auto immune issue and my rheumatologist won't prescribe it to anyone. It's not used more widely because the pharmaceutical industry will lose money. Simple.$$$ it's criminal.

I agree with @emilym.2830 I have been very active my entire life and about 3 years ago the pain started. I have a hemitransitional vertabrea on the L5-S1 and I have seen numerous doctors, chiropractors, PT, several back injections and on medication and the pain does not go away. It messes with your entire life, physically, mentally and emotionally and the doctors dont seem to understand how painful it really is. I just started an anti-inflammatory diet since there is a lot of inflammation in my back, i think mostly for compesation on one side due to the pain.

It works once it hits. 100% for me for postoperative pain (injectable solution, 1mg rocket). I can fully understand why it's use would be appropriate in chronic pain patient's as a person with two chronic pain conditions. It will absolutely work.

I broke my Lumbar 5 ,2023 May.It' going to be one year. I came to know I have 6 lumbar bones. After physiotherapy exercise and belt support in 4 months, it joined back, but still, I have pain now. I need a place to vent.. I have clear issues with my back confirmed on mri and xray, that cause me chronic pain, three bulging discs and discs slipping forward. I don’t take pain medication I don’t believe anti depressants will help me with the pain because I can’t bend forward with any weight. This makes me not able to complete many task and exhausted after I try. Doctors won’t help, I’ve done physical therapy, I believe only surgery will help when nerves are constantly being irritated. This has been going on for over 10 years and more depressed that I can’t find help in any direction. I’m in Michigan on Medicaid I can’t work and denied social security, I want my back better so I can work! If anyone happens to read this I am open to suggestions for help in Michigan.

I really appreciate this video. I found out i have bilateral on l5 and i feel like i can advocate a bit better for myself now since they dont believe me that the pop and then severe pain i felt in l5 is related because im in my 30s.

Had my a CT scan today and the results said this for me a tiny calcified disc protusion at t8-t9 and tiny schmorl nodes at several mid to lower thoracic spinal levels. It is extremely painful to the point where some days i just sleep all day all night in bed. T8 & T9 are the middle of the spine i believe and i also get pain in my lower back. The pain is constant and literally nothing i have tried has helped.

If the first Corticosterioid facet joint injection provides only partial benefits within 6 weeks, can the 2nd injection be done in less than 3 months?
