Interesting take. I have this aka L6 and the pain and compression I just want relief. Already have had a ruptured herniated disc in my L-5 where I had to get surgery. But the L-6 is giving me issues add arthritis with the spine.

Can I ask where are you located? It just feels like this back pain in my lower back and middle of my back is getting worse and worser due to this Bertolotti's Syndrome!!!
