Cute + cute accent + cool moustache + reenactor = dream man
Good video. Afghanka is the most elegant uniform of the '80-'90's.
Very cool stuff :)
Nice video and graceful mustache mate
Omg, I need a turkish breadbag! I've loved this design since I was a kid, and I've made my own improvements, and a turkish one is a must for my collection 😁
I rather see what did the Finns use? I read just wool pants and wool tunics with a white cape and white thin layer pants...was that enough to keep them warm?
That's a really good one! If possible, could you share where you find these items or where you buy them? It would be very helpful to young reenactors like me. I appreciate it!
Don’t like it

Hello, do u have links to buy these things?
Any recommendations for how to personalize a uniform for a Croatian regiment? Specifically the Dalmatian - Herzegovin unit?
Great video Johnny! When the coverted Mauser bayonets where used with webbing belts, were leather frogs still used with the scabbard?
Up til mid 1981 your nice moustache wouldn't be allowed..But luckily VolksPolizei came to their senses by then and allowed Police to have them. Now the Soviet Militia (Police there) could have them far as I know from the start.
Such an honour for papa Stalin to explain it to us himself
can we get a video on the officers belts of the cold war era?
where did you get this
your uniform is from 1990
where did you get the uniform from?
Rather than captured unimorms, prior to the war the Turkish government aquired important supplies of material from the UK to make their own uniforms.
What about the faux leather and heavy canvas belt with the silver belt buckle that you see with SKS and mosin pouches on it? I believe they are from the 50’s?
çok iyi video kaç yıldır izliyorum seni kral
The British Army was using rough itchy neck rash KF wool shirts right up until the mid 1980,s
I have a “WW3” belt with a name etched on it.
bro wake up ottoman posted
Great to see a video covering the differences in Soviet belts, and which belts are used in combat
I hope there will be no problems with the translation

Awesome video- i just got a ak myself about three days ago now!
Show me the way of Berlin!
Great looking kit! It's my opinion that the aesthetic of the Soviet uniform peaked around this period. I'm wondering though, would you happen to know how many AK magazines would the typical soviet soldier carry? And how many in the front pouch/es? I've seen some people say eight but others say that was only theoretical and soviet soldiers would have carried fewer in reality. Thanks.
only 3
Thank you for posting this video! What uniform is this? It looks similar to a gymnastyorka from WW2.
1960s Gymnastroyka
@@ottoman_reenactor_ct any difference with an M43 ?
@@Fauconmaxpockets on the chest
The width of the pants was also smaller, the collars were different and the epaulettes were modified. @@Fauconmax

I’ve seen few days ago on an Italian militarisa website the original EG handcuffs and it’s leather pouch for fairly cheap, don’t remember the name tho.. Great uniform too !!
Looks good even if a bit small, I also have this uniform, greetings from the former DDR
0:44 just to attract your attention on that police dagger they used to have. The only thing I could say is that look Marvelous.
Freundschaft Genosse! The VoPo was one of the best dressed police forces while blending the socialist influences with the German roots.
