Actually, if i recall correctly, for a full uniform there should be backpack with plash palatka on the left side and waffle towel, spoon, bowler cup inside the backpack. Plus there should be gasmask bag on the left side (for airsoft you may wear it without gasmask for empty mags). And under the helmet should be garrison cap. But this way it's very good too. It looks cool and nice. You even made undercollar. Great job!
Where could you find the subdued collar tabs and shoulder boards? the only subdued collar tabs I can find are wool. I can't find the shoulder boards. Thanks for any help.
Was this uniform common in units that entered Afghanistan. Because looking at the original photos and watching archive footage i only see Afghanka uniform and i remember that this vz. 88 uniform was issued to units in Afghanistan im 1984. In many interviews with veterans it was said that military supplied soldiers with outdated equipment (it is common behavior in modern eastern tactics). It is obvious using M-38 Panamka field cap by soldier during the whole Afghan conflict but i didn' t see evidence of use older uniforms like M69 or M73.
My friend in Ukraine spotted orcs outfitted with obr.69 uniform last summer. We don't know what to make of it, if they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel in equipment or if this was some kind of separatist militia or what
@@ottoman_reenactor_ct oh i see this is a combat uniform, how do you attach the shoulderboards and collar tabs by the way? What is the soviet way to do it? Sew them on or there is a different way?
I like your work!

@@Rawr_0w0 even though I'm flattered by your question, I'm not the author of the video) I think you should ask Ottoman_Reenactor_ct instead)
@@Sergey-jg1ib sorry about that mate, will do. My phones a bit wonky
@@Rawr_0w0 that's ok) I understand))

Good scale of issue.
Very cool channel glad I found it! I have trouble finding a grenade pouch in the pale tan colour also so I’m jealous!
I bleached mine, works very well

It was used as a winter uniform in Afghanistan, so 6 months of each year it was used in the 10-year-long invasion.
I've seen images early afghan of the M69/73
Interesting video. Always surprised by how small the AK is.
What about epaulettes

So I recently just got a strap for one of them do they come in different sizes or were they just all one size for All uniforms
Really cool, I have a channel like you and promote military history and subscribed to your other channel...
Could you make a video on how to fold the palash palaka
could be done
This is really cool! I wonder if you could to a tanker uniform later...
Kaptain Krafter perhaps.
though I don’t own a tank
@@ottoman_reenactor_ct Well you don't need a tank to have a tanker uniform! I don't have a tank, but I still have a tanker uniform.
@@ottoman_reenactor_ct Where did you buy the uniform from?
Nice video. Are you planning to do Afghan war like the Afghanka stuff?
Kanka, o üniformaların nerede satıldığını söyleyebilirsen çok mutlu olurum 👍
How can you get a gun in turkey?
Pipeline troops have black collar tabs and black shoulderboards
Not if you are in combat situations

You should do a west German kit, many Turks post ww2 moved to Germany but primarily west Germany.
Pretty good impression, will you do a videos on Russian uniforms from both world wars?
WWII Guy most likely just for ww1 atm
@@ottoman_reenactor_ct what do you wear for underwear for the uniform
Do the jackets have collar hooks?
yes
Your uniform is the soviet field kit if there was a backpack and a pash palatka on the backpack I believe it would be the full uniform
Not full uniform the full field kit
It looks cool... But for cold war I prefer the East German one
Endeavour honestly east german are nice too
