Hola Dialvan otra vez aquí tratando de entender . Tengo el ELD de Verizon . ¿Por qué cuando abro el libro me marcan los relojes 16 horas Since Daily Reset y 12 Horas Daily Driving ? Se supone que debo manejar 11 horas (Driving ) y 14 horas (Daily Reset) Estoy muy confundido o hay alguna nueva ley para California? Gracias

Otra pregunta. En el minuto 18:35 Por qué cuenta a partir de las 7:00am. Si descansó solo 7 horas .. ¿No debería contarse después de las 10 horas descansadas? Me he confundido !! ¿No deberia contar una nueva jornada de trabajo si ya descansó 5 horas hasta la 1:00 pm.. Supongo que hizo más descanso y entonces me refiero si empezaría una nueva jornada de 14 horas desde de la 1;00pm ?

Una pregunta en el minuto. 13:45 del vídeo La pregunta es : ¿Descansar antes de las 12:00pm. para seguir manejando después de las doce ? O a las 12:00pm. se le acaba las 14 horas y debe descansar 3 horas es decir de 12;00pm - 3:00pm. para que se haga daily reset y empezar una nueva jornada de 14 horas ???

You in the US can't talk to your passengers without crashing, and you do the same when you use the car's setup to talk on your mobile phone. If you add texting and such, it gets really bad. We in Scandinavia, like Norway and Denmark, manage well and talk to our passengers and we don't crash like you. We can also talk on the mobile phone when it is connected to the car without also crashing. We only crash when texting or other use of our mobiles. And those numbers are much prettier than yours, I can promise. Not without reason that in Scandinavia we say stupid Americans in a sarcastic way

I'm writing this comment with a mouth joystick because I'm a quadriplegic as a result of a 19 year old distracted driver hitting me. 33 years old, just got married a year and a half before the accident, ready to start a family, and MY LIFE WAS DESTROYED in the blink of an eye. This is no joke... Willingly or not your vehicle is a weapon, and vehicular manslaughter will put you in prison for many years. This is not only for teenagers, but many grown "adults" out there that have less brain cells than wheels on the road. Please drive safely everyone and PAY ATTENTION!!

I can't text and drive, and I know it.

If I got a text from my sister that I would pull into a parking lot to park and then text her back. I text her that I’m driving right now and it can wait till I get home. My car have text from Apple Car Play that I speak the text back and send it. All I use my iPhone is playing music towards Apple Car Play. I used the map for listening the directions towards this one certain place. A few years ago that my sister called me and I used BT so that I talked to her while driving. That was between 2012-2016. I don’t remembered the year it was. I do remembered what it was about.

Maybe look into building cars that block cell phone signals and automatically sends reply texts and voicemail message that says you are in a car

What gets me is how this responsible video seems to suggest it's ok to have a phone IN the car; why is that ok?...why do those phone fiddlers need to be in constant touch with...well, almost anything. ALL phones, everywhere, East and West, North and South should , by law, be placed in the boot of a car, away from the driver.....why isn't that the case?
