Haha, just stumbled upon your channel a few days ago and I gotta say that these videos are truly golden (as the name of the channel suggests haha). :) I'd definitely love to see DC bring some of these models back - there's just something so rad about late 90s / early 00s skate shoes, and no doubt that this company was one of the best (if not THE best).

The 20s were trash. The Accel slims were ok, but the 20 wasn't it, neither was the SLB reissue.

I way prefer the earlier one, such a good happy medium. I skated some deadstock 97s a few years back and they skated awesome. I don't need the puff on these.

I can’t keep up with the reissue differences. Your old ones say 20 but mine (blue white) have the ES that is just a backwards sewn 23. Are they from a different time?

In my opinion i would go 1/2 down from usual. Amazing shoe tho. Definitely a classic.

I always wanted but never had a pair in the 90s. I bought the red remakes that were done in collaboration with a street wear brand called In4mation but I just couldn't vibe with the all red shoe.

i wear 11.5 in almost everything. i have some etnies screw mid vulcs in 11.5 and they're perfect, and some etnies senix lows (cupsoles) in 12 and they're fine too. i usually double my insoles in skate shoes, so i don't mind a bit of wiggle room as long as they aren't too long. a 12 in vans vulcs are crazy long, the difference from 11.5 is wild
