I've had it for quite a while now. This thing is really versatile. Hair metal to thrash and heavier. My Orange covers my doom tones (though I'd like to find a Sunn Model T plugin) and my blues tones. Great plugin and nice chops- all the best from Canada.

Clean amp, Chorus, Compression, Delay, Reverb, and preferably a strat styled guitar. One doesn't need all of this but it definitely adds more layers to the 80s sound.

@@kylekarich Hey there, u're fine, that's what really matters! My question is about a digital gear (VSTs) that you used in one of your videos, impressive sound. You've said that you'll reveal the gear in the next video, but I can't find that tutorial, just that. I'm really crazy tryin' to find the way to achieve the sound of Gilbert in the intro of his old "Intense Rock" tutorial (with his pink guitar), 'cause I've never heard a better picking sound & technique. I really want to submerge me in his insane alternate picking technique. I'll be in alert mode, meanwhile I'll keep on learning about your rich experience. Thx a lot for your very valuable time.
@@NACHOXVALLE VSTs are great and convenient especially on a budget. You can look at the Nembrini ADA MP1 plugin or any good Marshall plugins like Mercuriall STL Softube etc. I believe in at least one of the Intense Rocks he is using an MP1. In that timeframe anything he's doing would've been MP1, Lee Jackson, or a Marshall.
What’s the pink thing on the head stock?
It's a fret wrap. The strings can vibrate behind the nut and create a lot of extra noise if you're playing staccato stuff with heavier strings or a bunch of gain (like metalcore haha). I usually don't use one these days but I'll use that or just a cheapo hair tie if I'm recording and it's causing a problem.
