For those of you who are waiting: Here is something very cool, this is a korean kriya yoga almost. It is a movement based on opening the door to a magical place, a "Xing" if you will. And it comes from looking around, but the palms are blocking the sun, then you look out the triangle. So, I do this seated in darkness or blindfolded, then I make the gesture, look at where the opening should be. Because I find it a bit hard to focus my eyes when I close them. They tend to glide towards the bridge of my nose. So this can help holding focus. Maybe you too can open the doors, and find the beautiful place. Theres a huge difference between being aware of and a real understanding, then there is actual integration. We live in a time when people are bombarded with information, they are made aware but there is then no advancement to understanding for the vast majority as they move on to the next video making them aware of something else with no real understanding

Yeah, super super important to catch my breath and be happy when I can. Science shows that the feeling of happiness activated more of the body than being in love. Love activated the torso and head, where happiness also activated the limbs. So, you're activating, potentially freeing more area on happiness energy, than love energy. Luckily that was just a limiter for the test, one can do both at the same time in practise. So theoretically I can activate, absorb and libérate the entire body, just with these. However, I want creativity too. Not just void and bliss. So I do tantra and build these internal environments and people. I dreamed a Vajrayogini dream tonight, half the head of my mom was missing. Dogs were gently biting my fingers, hidden by a blanket. I get it, I feel my body when I am over there. Another thing. The waves are not that bad. The imbalance was the final straw. I can live in a world of sexy dumb people and smart not-sexy people. But I think it is really unfair, how some people are both dumb and ugly, then on top of that, some people are pretty and smart. I knew from an early age that it was unfair. Even though I knew nothing about relationships and sexuality.

Well said. I try very hard to follow a similar path in my own way. Compassion is never wasted, even if it is not accepted. And sometimes all we can do is be good examples to others.

never heard of this term before thanks! i can understand it too I only heard of one lesson from the buddha but it was actually from a pewdiepie video talking about his addiction desire causes suffering but it can be applied to other things too to food house money job coupls everything it can cause suffering but it doesn't have to anger is like ball of the softest material you can think of but slowly metal needles appear slowly imperceptabley slow like bamboo its slow but fast and its barbed too wont let go preircing your flesh it takes time love acceptance sympathy empathy to remove the ball to let go not to clench onto it but the barbs are still hanging on which requires more time effort to rid yourself of pain because that's what hate really is its pain pain inflicted on yourself and others its why you call it poison its infectious no good will come from hate but nobody is unsavable everyone can be helped ill probably read the buddha books soon maybe more nuggets of knowledge that I learned but forgot about maybe something new a new perspective

In defense of trolls, the trickster is a recurring archetype in most belief systems.

Negative and positive are just human value judgements, that's why I "troll" the love and light people. It's to get them to see the value of the supposedly useless things in life. If they're so beyond these things then why are they mad? They are just so sensitive, we are all responsible for our own emotions or should be. If something small like a joke is incompatible with your mindset maybe your supposedly enlightening mindset is actually darkening your view, to me a joke is a wonderful thing. Granted I have seen people who take it too far. The genuinely hateful ones confuse me. In short, I guess my point is that these egoless people seem to take themselves pretty seriously sometimes, and that's more vexing than any koan. The entire video I wanted to tickle you so you would smile, by the way. But hey here I am writing a comment with my dumb opinion so I'm just as "bad" as anyone else.
