1 onion
1 potato
1 carrot
1 cup lentils
½ cup rice
½ cup cracked wheat
2 liters chicken and vegetable broth
Turmeric
Salt
½ lemon
Sesame or olive oil
Fresh parsley
1 tablespoon dried mint
Instructions:
Soak the lentils, rice, and cracked wheat in advance. Chop the onion, potato, and carrot. Heat oil in a pot and sauté all the vegetables together. Then, add the soaked lentils, rice, half of the cracked wheat, turmeric, and salt. Stir well and let it cook in the pot. Also a good visual is getting some steam if it's coming up on the camera visual. Instead of always going close to the screen. It indicates that there's a sensate present.
PSA not aimed at admin general message
Another suggestion that instead of using fusion as a whole category of overwhelming proportions that maybe you take a small item like Sriracha ketchup or a twist on salsa with fruit or something and use that as the fusion twist and contrast instead? You might be able to mix one recipe like that something like this which is a fritter maybe a coleslaw or like a tabouli salad or a layered salad, things like that. And maybe a twist on the recipe that has a fusion element.
Those are general messages though on the personal note this looks really good, and I really like the relaxed and comfortable pace of the video.

Anchored the audience out there that are making recipes please try not to use teflon as much and buy real pans or stainless steel or copper bottom or something a little more long-lasting because of the chemical poisoning that comes from Teflon
Can I also suggest that instead of a bunch of g foodies for New York that you also mostly use fusion or things that are paste fritters like this, or like coleslaw instead of diversity?
But could you please stop putting things so close to the screen like that, maybe once in a while. It's okay but too many times is too much. Not directly to this woman here but a general PSA. I understand what you're doing and get it though - close and far. Proximity. Just so long as you don't do it forever PSA to the outward audience.
This looks delicious and I love the styling. It reminds me of that Michigan girls easy casserole recipes for herself and her small family.
